    Abstract: Methods and systems for vehicle suspension are provided. A leveling manifold includes, in one example, a plurality of electrically-activated valves arranged between, on a first end, a rod-side and a piston-side of one or more hydraulic cylinders, and on a second end, a pressure source and a tank, wherein the plurality of electrically-activated valves include a first valve, a second valve, a third valve, and a fourth valve. The leveling manifold further includes a first flow path extending through the first and second valves and from the rod-side to the second end and a second flow path extending through the third and fourth valves and from the piston-side to the second end, the leveling manifold is designed to manage operation of the first, second, third, and/or fourth valves to independently adjust a position and a stiffness of the one or more hydraulic cylinders.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a fluid power pack, comprising: a manifold block comprising at least one fluid port; a first housing mounted on the manifold block and enclosing a first tank configured to hold a liquid; an electric motor mounted on the manifold block and disposed within the first tank so that the electric motor is configured to be submerged in a liquid held within the first tank for cooling the electric motor; a second housing mounted on the manifold block and enclosing a second tank configured to hold a liquid; and a hydraulic pump mounted on the manifold block and drivingly engaged with the electric motor, the hydraulic pump comprising a low pressure port and a high pressure port. The high pressure port of the hydraulic pump is in fluid communication with the fluid port of the manifold block and the low pressure port of the hydraulic pump is in fluid communication with the second tank. The present disclosure further relates to a hydraulic system including the fluid power pack and a hydraulic load fluidly connected with the fluid power pack.

    Abstract: A piston hydraulic device comprises a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder assemblies and is rotatable about a first rotation axis. Each cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder and a piston. A port plate has a first port and a second port that are angularly spaced relative to the first rotation axis. A plurality of first conduits connect respective cylinders alternately to the first port or the second port. At least one second conduit is connected to a fluid reservoir. At least one directional control valve is positioned in the first conduit and fluidly connects to the second conduit. The at least one directional control valve connects the cylinder to the port plate in a first position and to the fluid reservoir in a second position. A controller is operatively associated with the directional control valve for switching between the first and the second positions.

The hydraulic control system comprises a fluid distribution assembly having a tank, a pump to pump fluid from the tank and a directional valve for distributing pressurised fluid from the pump and to return fluid to the tank; a valve assembly fluidly connected to the directional valve, the valve assembly having a first overcenter valve and a pressure reducing valve wherein a first main line connects the directional valve to the first overcenter valve and wherein a shuttle line connects the pressure reducing valve to the first main line; a hydraulic motor fluidly connected to the valve assembly wherein the first main line connects the hydraulic motor to the first overcenter valve; and a brake assembly fluidly connected to the pressure reducing valve, wherein a drain line connects the pressure reducing valve to the hydraulic motor.
