Abstract: A docking system for facilitating a connection of an electronics module to a mating connector comprises first and second rails. Each rail has an elongated guide slot for receiving a corresponding guide portion of the electronics module during sliding movement of the electronics module toward the mating connector. A first elastic structure is located on the first rail. The first elastic structure has a first engagement portion extending into the elongated guide slot of the first rail. A second elastic structure is located on the second rail. The second elastic structure has a second engagement portion extending into the elongated guide slot of the second rail. The first engagement portion and the second engagement portion are configured to engage the guide portions of the electronics module and to resist movement of the guide portions in a direction generally perpendicular to the sliding movement of the electronics module.

Abstract: A composite automatic production equipment for in-mold placement process includes a upper stamping mold having a upper die plate and punches, a lower stamping mold having a lower die plate, a punching strip feeding device sending out a punching material strip to the lower stamping mold, an insulating-sheet feeding device feeding out an insulating-film material strip intersecting to the punching material strip. The insulating-film material strip includes a main material strip and insulating sheet sets that are adhesive and detachably arranged along the main material strip. When the upper and lower die plates are closed, the punches punch the punching material strip to form semi-finished products arranged in sequence, and one of the semi-finished products is pressed to adhere to one of the insulating sheet sets. When they are separated, the insulating sheet set on the semi-finished product is torn off from the insulating-film material strip.

Abstract: A current sensing circuit includes a sensing resistor, a current monitor, a variable resistor, and a processor. The sensing resistor is disposed on a to-be-sensed circuit and coupled between first and second first voltage terminals of the to-be-sensed circuit. The current monitor includes first and second terminals. A first winding is coupled between the first terminal and the first voltage terminal, and a second winding is coupled between the second terminal and the second voltage terminal. The variable resistor is connected in series with the first winding between the first voltage terminal and the first terminal. The current monitor obtains a sensed current according to a first voltage on the first terminal, a second voltage on the second terminal, and an impedance of the sensing resistor and generates a sensing signal. The processor determines whether to adjust an impedance of the variable resistor according to the sensing signal.
