    摘要: In order to avoid a floor phenomenon of an error rate without insertion of a datum signal, a fading equalizer, for which it is assumed that a series of symbols that represent quadrature detect output are I(n) and Q(n) (n: natural number) and an assumed maximum fading frequency is F(max), and which demodulates a modulation wave that is to be transmitted whose data are carried by phase or amplitude modulation, or both, of a radio frequency carrier, includes a symbol extractor, for performing sampling of a signal at time intervals of 1/(2 F.sub.max) or smaller, in accordance with the series of symbols; N fading estimation units, for calculating a series of fading vectors F.sub.v (n) by using tentative transmission signals, signals for which likelihood is determined, and extracted symbols; N compensators, for performing fading compensation for the series of symbols by using fading that is estimated by the fading estimation units; and a selector for selecting one of a series of N symbols that are obtained by the fading compensation.

    摘要: A device (10) for distributing expandable dough to plural holes (5A) is provided at a terminal end of a rotor (3) in an extruder to form plural expanded confectioneries, each of which has a rod-like configuration. A first member (20) with a through hole (22) at central portion thereof has plural and radial channels (24), and a second member (30) connected to the first member has a multi-faced pyramid-like projection (34) at a central portion of the inner wall therof. The inner wall has channels (36), each radially extending from a base of a face of the projection. The channels in the second member and the other channels in the first member are opposingly arranged in alignment to form diverging flow passages for the expandable dough. The second member has plural bores (32) arranged so as to form a concentric circle, and one each of each bore communicates with one end of the diverging flow passage while the other end is opened to form an expanding portion for the confectionery dough.

    摘要: A pseudo-noise generating apparatus capable of starting a pseudo-noise sequence from an arbitrary phase using compact processing circuitry. Tap selection patterns corresponding to a plurality of phase shift amounts are stored in advance in a ROM. By giving a phase shift amount to the ROM and setting the corresponding tap selection pattern in AND gates, the pseudo-noise sequence generated by the pseudo-noise generator is shifted in phase, and is loaded into a shift register. After setting a new phase amount in the ROM, the contents of the shift register are transferred into a shift register in the pseudo-noise generator. By repeating this operation, the desired phase shift is accomplished as a sum of a plurality of phase shift amounts.
