    摘要: A frequency equalizer is provided. The frequency equalizer includes a coupler including a main segment extending between a first port and a second port and a coupled segment disposed in a coupling relationship with the main segment and extending between a third port and a fourth port. The frequency equalizer further includes a first thermistor electrically coupled in series between the first port and an input line, a second thermistor electrically coupled in series between the second port and an output line, and a first shunt resistor coupled across the third port. The frequency equalizer simultaneously provides frequency equalization and temperature compensation for signals transmitted through the frequency equalizer.

    摘要: Methods and systems are described for receiving symbols of a codeword via wires of a multi-wire bus, the codeword representing an aggregate sum of a plurality of sub-channel constituent codewords, each sub-channel constituent codeword representing a weight applied to an associated sub-channel vector of a plurality of sub-channel vectors of an orthogonal matrix, generating a plurality of comparator outputs using a plurality of common-mode resistant multi-input comparators (MICs), each common-mode resistant MIC having a set of input coefficients representing a corresponding sub-channel vector of the plurality of sub-channel vectors, each sub-channel vector (i) mutually orthogonal and (ii) orthogonal to a common-mode sub-channel vector, outputting a set of forward-channel output bits formed based on the plurality of comparator outputs, obtaining a sequence of reverse-channel bits, and transmitting the sequence of reverse-channel bits by sequentially transmitting common-mode codewords over the wires of the multi-wire bus.

    摘要: Front-end circuitry for a data receiver and related systems, methods, and devices are disclosed. The front-end circuitry includes a passive equalizer, which includes a signal input, an equalizer output including a first equalizer output and a second equalizer output, a first signal path, and a second signal path. The first signal path is between the signal input and the first equalizer output. The first signal path has a first frequency response. The second signal path is between the signal input and the second equalizer output. The second signal path has a second frequency response. The second frequency response exhibits substantially inverse behavior to that of the first frequency response. An amplifier circuit is configured to combine a first equalizer output signal from the first equalizer output with a second equalizer output signal from the second equalizer output to obtain an equalized output signal.

A transition switch with an output impedance equal to that of the output lines will discharge the lines during a state transition so as to reduce to power consumption associated with changing states of the transmission line.

    摘要: A signal generating method for generating a visible light signal is provided. The method includes determining, as a method for transmitting a visible light signal from a transmitter, one of a single-frame transmitting method for transmitting data as one frame and a multiple-frame transmitting method for transmitting the data while dividing the data into a plurality of frames. The method further includes, when the multiple-frame transmitting method is determined, generating partition type information indicating a type of data to be transmitted, and generating combination data by adding the partition type information to the data to be transmitted. Further, the method includes generating the plurality of frames each of which includes each of a plurality of data parts by dividing the combination data into the plurality of data parts, and generating the visible light signal by adding a preamble to a head of each of the plurality of frames.
