Abstract: A method for a wireless device operating in a wireless communication system includes receiving configuration information for configuring a non-Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) cell; and transmitting a Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ) feedback of the non-PUCCH cell on a special cell (SpCell) or a PUCCH cell other than SpCell, according to indication information. Further, when the indication information is not received with the configuration information, the HARQ feedback is transmitted on the SpCell, and when the indication information is received with the configuration information, the HARQ feedback is transmitted on the PUCCH cell.

Abstract: A method for a user equipment (UE) performing a random access to a network supporting NB-IoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things) is disclosed. The UE is configured to return to the first carrier, when the random access procedure on the second carrier is not successful, and when the random access procedure is a contention based random access procedure. Here, the first carrier is an anchor carrier if the UE is in RRC_IDLE state, and the first carrier is a configured carrier if the UE is in RRC_CONNECTED state.
