    摘要: Processes and systems are provided for removing contaminants from a vapor stream containing hydrocarbon and hydrogen, and can include: providing a feed stream to a first pressurized vapor liquid separator that produces a liquid stream and a vapor stream containing hydrocarbon and hydrogen, passing the vapor stream to an inlet of a particulate trap containing a plurality of treatment zones that remove contaminants from the vapor stream to produce a particulate trap effluent, and passing the particulate trap effluent directly to a catalytic hydrogenation zone. The processes and systems can also include: passing the liquid stream from the first pressurized vapor liquid separator to a second vapor liquid separator that produces an overhead vapor stream and a liquid bottoms stream, condensing the overhead vapor stream from the second vapor liquid separator to form a liquid overhead stream, routing the liquid overhead stream to the inlet of the particulate trap.

    摘要: An integrated hydrocarbon conversion process for the production of low sulfur fuels utilizing a hydrocracking zone, a diesel hydrodesulfurization zone, a fluid catalytic cracking zone and a gasoline hydrodesulfurization zone. The hydrocracking zone is used to convert at least a portion of the feedstock into diesel boiling range hydrocarbons which are desulfurized in the first hydrodesulfurization zone. The unconverted feedstock is introduced into a fluid catalytic cracking zone to produce gasoline boiling range hydrocarbons which are desulfurized in a second hydrodesulfurization zone.

    摘要: A catalytic hydrocracking process wherein a first hydrocarbonaceous feedstock is contacted with a hydrogen and a metal promoted hydrocracking catalyst in a hydrocracking reaction zone at elevated temperature and pressure to obtain conversion to lower boiling hydrocarbons. The resulting hot, uncooled effluent from the hydrocracking reaction zone is hot hydrogen stripped in a stripping zone maintained at essentially the same pressure as the hydrocracking zone to produce a first gaseous hydrocarbonaceous stream and a first liquid hydrocarbonaceous stream. At least a portion of the first liquid hydrocarbonaceous stream is preferably recycled to the hydrocracking reaction zone. A second hydrocarbonaceous feedstock having a boiling temperature range lower than that of the first hydrocarbonaceous feedstock is introduced into an upper end of the stripper to serve as reflux. The first gaseous hydrocarbonaceous stream is removed from the stripper and passed to a post-treat hydrogenation reaction zone to saturate aromatic compounds.

    摘要: A process for the conversion of a halogenated organic stream containing trace quantities of organic nitrates to produce a stream comprising hydrogenated hydrocarbonaceous compounds free from organic nitrates and halogenated organic compounds by means of contacting the feed stream and hydrogen with a selective hydrogenation catalyst in a first hydrogenation zone at hydrogenation conditions to convert the organic nitrates into water-soluble nitrogen compounds while effectively minimizing the production of hydrogen halide compounds. The resulting effluent from the first hydrogenation zone is contacted with an aqueous scrubbing solution to recover at least a portion of the water-soluble nitrogen compounds in order to produce a stream containing halogenated organic compounds and essentially free of nitrogen compounds which is then introduced into a second hydrogenation zone operated at selected hydrogenation conditions to produce water-soluble hydrogen halide compounds and hydrogenated hydrocarbonaceous compounds.
