Abstract:
An open-loop GPS antenna configured on an insulation object is provided. The open-loop GPS antenna includes a feed, a high frequency circuit, a low frequency circuit and a ground. The high frequency circuit includes a first end, connected to the feed, and a second end. The low frequency circuit includes a third end and a fourth end. The third end is disposed parallel to the second end so as to couple to the second end and generate a capacitance effect to transmit a signal. The fourth end is connected to the ground.
Abstract:
A loop antenna adapted for a communication device is provided. The loop antenna includes a feed, a ground, a circular loop, at least one first tuning element, and at least one second tuning element. The circular loop is connected to the feed and the ground. The first tuning element is extended from the circular loop and corresponds to a first frequency band. The second tuning element is extended from the circular loop and corresponds to a second frequency band. Bandwidths of the first frequency band and the second frequency band of the loop antenna are changed by adjusting the first tuning element and the second tuning element, respectively.
Abstract:
A charging method and a charging system are introduced for controlling a charging current by a PWM method. A charging IC is controlled to supply the charging current to a battery, and a control unit is used to generate a PWM signal with a duty cycle, and a filter unit is used to convert the PWM signal into a voltage signal to be supplied to the charging IC, and the control unit determines whether a current of a battery detected by the battery status detection unit reaches a regular current, so that a PWM signal with a duty cycle greater than the previous duty cycle by a default increased cycle is provided if the detected current has not reached the regular current. Thus, the feature of the PWM signal is used to set the charging current according to the capacity of the battery automatically.
Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for recognizing color are provided. A color signal of a light source is obtained by a photo-sensing unit. After the color signal is received, a processing unit converts the color signal to a chromaticity coordinate, and compares the chromaticity coordinate with a gamut range to obtain a color corresponding to the light source.
Abstract:
A product quality improvement feedback method is provided. The method includes the following steps. Provide a first checklist, a second checklist, and a third checklist in a design period, a trial production period, and a mass production period respectively. Execute a failure mode and effects analysis to the first checklist, the second checklist, and the third checklist so as to obtain a risk priority number respectively. When the first risk priority number is greater than a specific value, feedback each result of the failure mode and effects analyses to the first checklist, the second checklist, the third checklist, a design list, a trial production list or a mass production list.
Abstract:
A fixer for a loudspeaker includes a hollow frame, a pressing part, a positioning part and a fixing part. The hollow frame is disposed around a loudspeaker to limit the displacement of the loudspeaker. The pressing part is disposed on an inner surface of the hollow frame to press the loudspeaker. The positioning part is disposed on one side of the hollow frame, and the fixing part is disposed on another side of the hollow frame. An electronic device using the fixer for a loudspeaker is also disclosed.
Abstract:
A mobile power supply with a data backup function and a data recovery method thereof are introduced. The mobile power supply supplies power to a portable electronic device installed with an Android operating system via a USB port. The mobile power supply copies a predetermined datum from the portable electronic device to a memory unit in the mobile power supply in conjunction with a control unit to perform first-stage data backup. Then, the USB port is electrically connected to a computer apparatus, such that the computer apparatus copies the predetermined datum from the memory unit to the computer apparatus while recharging the mobile power supply to perform second-stage data backup. Accordingly, the portable electronic device or the mobile power supply performs a data backup operation easily and quickly while being recharged.
Abstract:
A voltage resolution adjustment system and method increase voltage resolution of an output voltage of a processor from a first voltage resolution to a second voltage resolution. The system includes a processing module, a voltage-dividing module, and an amplifying unit. The processing module generates a first voltage of a first voltage resolution. The voltage-dividing module increases the first voltage of the first voltage resolution to a second voltage of a second voltage resolution. The amplifying unit increases the second voltage to a third voltage (i.e., the output voltage). After comparing the third voltage and the first voltage and detecting a voltage difference therebetween, the processing module generates a control signal for changing a voltage partitioning ratio of the voltage-dividing module to render the third voltage and the first voltage equal, wherein the third voltage is of the second voltage resolution.
Abstract:
A method for protecting firmware being updated is applicable to an electronic device installed with an open operating platform and applicable to a firmware update tool having a preset unlocking password. The method includes an unlocking step and a specific password generating step. In the specific password generating step, the unlocking password is updated according to the difference between product serial number-related information at the point in time of delivery of an electronic device. Although the preset unlocking password in the source code of the firmware update tool is disclosed, nobody other than the electronic product users and the electronic device manufacturers knows the first unlocking password and the second unlocking password. Accordingly, the method provides a security mechanism for the electronic device and the firmware update tool.
