Abstract: A fixer for a loudspeaker includes a hollow frame, a pressing part, a positioning part and a fixing part. The hollow frame is disposed around a loudspeaker to limit the displacement of the loudspeaker. The pressing part is disposed on an inner surface of the hollow frame to press the loudspeaker. The positioning part is disposed on one side of the hollow frame, and the fixing part is disposed on another side of the hollow frame. An electronic device using the fixer for a loudspeaker is also disclosed.
