摘要: The described technology relates to an organic light emitting diode including: a first electrode; a second electrode overlapping the first electrode; an organic emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a capping layer on the second electrode, wherein the capping layer has an absorption rate of 0.25 or more for light having a wavelength of 405 nm, thereby preventing degradation of the organic emission layer by blocking the light of the harmful wavelength region and providing the organic light emitting diode in which a blue emission efficiency is not deteriorated.

The light emitting layer includes, from a side of the anode to a side of the cathode, two or more light emitting regions configured to emit different colors of light. Each light emitting region contains a host material and a dopant material. An absolute value of an ionization potential of the host material contained in a light emitting region near to the cathode is larger than an absolute value of an ionization potential of the host material contained in a light emitting region near to the anode.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an array substrate comprising a base substrate and a plurality of pixel units disposed on the base substrate, the pixel unit comprising a transflective layer formed on the base substrate; a thin film transistor structure formed over the transflective layer; an organic light-emitting diode disposed in a pixel region of the pixel unit and driven by the thin film transistor structure, and in a direction away from the base substrate, the organic light-emitting diode sequentially comprising a first electrode that is transparent, an organic light-emitting layer and a second electrode for reflecting light; and a color filter, disposed between the second electrode of the organic light-emitting diode and the transflective layer; wherein the second electrode of the organic light-emitting diode and the transflective layer constitute a microcavity structure. Embodiments of the present invention also disclose a method for manufacturing the array substrate and a display device including the above array substrate.

The first pixel electrode, the second pixel electrode, and the third pixel electrode are connected to the transistor through the conductive layer.
