    摘要: A dual function tooling tray having a movable center section includes a perimeter frame having four sides, a first frame member spaced from a first side of the perimeter frame, and a second frame member spaced from a second side of the perimeter frame. The first side and the second side of the perimeter frame are parallel with one another. The tooling tray further includes a third frame member extending between and secured to the first frame member and the second frame member. The third frame member is configured to support at least one squeegee blade. The third frame member is configured be to be moved from a first position from the first frame member and the second frame member and installed in a second position on the first frame member and the second frame member, with the second position being spaced from the first position.

    摘要: A challenge to be met by the present invention is to provide a screen printer arranged so as to be able to readily perform both replacement of squeegees and operation for filling a paste feed syringe with paste. A paste feed syringe (14) is configured so as to be able to change its position between a paste feed attitude having an imaginary extension within a vertical plane at an oblique angle such that a nozzle (14a) provided at a lower end of the paste feed syringe comes to a position immediately below squeegees (15) and a storage attitude which is turned from the paste feed attitude through about 90 degrees around an axial line (41). When the paste feed syringe (14) is driven in a horizontal direction orthogonal to a direction of reciprocal movement of a squeegee base (30), a first cam follower (45) serving as a driven member disposed at a position below the axial line (41) of the paste feed syringe (14) is guided by a guide surface (44a) of a guide member (44), whereupon the paste feed syringe (14) is swayed around the axial line (41), to thus assume the storage attitude.

    摘要: A stencil printing machine includes a rotatable drum having an outer circumferential wall formed by an ink impermeable member, a stencil clamping part for clamping a leading end of a stencil sheet, an ink supply unit having an ink supply opening for supplying a surface of the outer circumferential wall with ink, a press roll for pressing a printing paper against the outer circumferential wall of the drum, an ink recovery unit having an ink recovery opening formed on a downstream side of a maximum printing area in a printing direction to collect ink flowing into the ink recovery opening by suction, the maximum printing area being defined on the outer circumferential wall, and a press unit for pressing the stencil sheet onto the outer circumferential wall of the drum and a control unit for controlling respective operations of the main motor, the ink recovery unit and the press unit. In process of fitting the stencil sheet on the drum while clamping the leading end of the stencil sheet by the stencil clamping part, the control unit allows the press unit to press the stencil sheet onto the outer circumferential wall of the drum and further allows the ink recovery unit to start its sucking operation through the ink recovery opening.

    摘要: An apparatus and methods for depositing material on a surface of an electronic substrate are provided and include a squeegee device or system for distributing material to be deposited on the electronic substrate. The squeegee device or system can include a first wiping blade and a second wiping blade spaced from and parallel to the first wiping blade. The first wiping blade and the second wiping blade are disposed at an angle relative to a vertical axis, the vertical axis being perpendicular to a surface of an electronic substrate, such that when the first and the second wiping blades contact a surface of a stencil to deposit or print the material onto the electronic substrate, the first and the second wiping blades contact the stencil surface at a rake angle relative to a direction in which the squeegee device traverses the stencil surface. The rake angle of the first and the second wiping blades enables the squeegee device to traverse the stencil surface at an angle, which causes the material deposited in front of either wiping blade to flow laterally in one direction toward an end of the wiping blade during a print stroke. In addition, the first wiping blade is offset relative to the second wiping blade such that as the material laterally flows in front of one of the wiping blades and runs off the end of the wiping blade during a print stroke, the other wiping blade is positioned to retrieve the material runoff and to thereby remix or redistribute the material runoff across the stencil surface during a print stroke in an opposite direction.
