    摘要: A squeegee assembly for a screen printing machine has a squeegee support body having a side configured to be fastened to the screen printing machine, a front portion provided with a front element and a rear portion provided with a rear element, respectively having a front element printing end and a rear element printing end for screen printing by ink. The front element printing end is spaced apart with respect to the rear element printing end in a translation direction so that an ink collection space is formed therebetween. In the front portion, one or more ink passage openings are formed for allowing passage of ink from a region in front of the front element towards the ink collection space during translation of the squeegee assembly during screen printing. Ink in the ink collection space is draggable by the rear element during translation of the squeegee assembly.

    摘要: A squeegee for spreading a conductive paste across a stencil during a stencil printing process is provided. The stencil covers an underlying base such that the conductive paste is spread across the stencil and into openings in the stencil to contact the underlying base. The squeegee has a leading surface at the front of the squeegee, a trailing surface at the rear of the squeegee, and a bottom surface. The bottom surface is oriented at an oblique angle relative to the leading surface and the trailing surface. In some embodiments, a rear corner or edge of the squeegee is the contact point between the squeegee and the stencil. Some of the paste can be collected beneath the bottom surface and scraped along with the squeegee.

    摘要: A printing apparatus includes a screen, a scraper, and a squeegee. The screen has a screen surface which has a width direction and which is placed on a workpiece. The scraper is movable along the screen surface in a first direction perpendicular to the width direction so as to coat the screen surface with a paste. The scraper includes an upper portion and a curved portion. The upper portion extends from an upper end to a lower end of the upper portion toward the screen surface. The curved portion is connected to the lower end of the upper portion. The curved portion has a curved shape projecting toward a second direction opposite to the first direction. The curved portion has an opening extending in the width direction. The squeegee is movable along the screen surface so as to transfer the paste to the workpiece.

The second scraper portion is abutting against the plate portion, wherein the position of the second scraper portion is corresponding to the first scraper portion. The air pressure through hole is disposed on the body, in communication with the groove, and adapted to connect an air pressure connection member to input air pressure. The side cover unit is adapted to form an ink storage space between the plate portion and the groove, and form an ink output slit between the slit portion and the plate portion.

The screen printing apparatus includes: a box-like member including a top-plate portion in which first suction hole and a second section hole are formed and which is allowed to contact the board; a blower suction pipe communicating with an internal space of the box-like member and extending outside the box-like member; a blower suction source sucking air through the blower suction pipe to generate a blower suction force in the first suction hole; a vacuum suction pipe connected to the second suction hole and extending through the internal space to an outside of the box-like member; and a vacuum pressure supplying device supplying a vacuum pressure to the second suction hole through the vacuum suction pipe.

    摘要: A challenge to be met by the present invention is to provide a screen printer arranged so as to be able to readily perform both replacement of squeegees and operation for filling a paste feed syringe with paste. A paste feed syringe (14) is configured so as to be able to sway around an axial line (41) that downwardly extends from a squeegee base (30) with respect to a horizontal line (HL) parallel to a direction of reciprocal movement of the squeegee base (30), and also be able to change its position between a paste feed attitude having an imaginary extension within a vertical plane at an oblique angle such that a nozzle (14a) provided at a lower end of the paste feed syringe comes to a position immediately below squeegees (15) and a storage attitude which is turned from the paste feed attitude through about 90 degrees around an axial line (41).
