Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch panel, a fingerprint recognition method thereof, a method for manufacturing a touch panel and a display device. The touch panel includes multiple driving electrode groups and multiple, sensing electrodes which are intersected with and insulated from each other, each of the driving electrode groups comprises a plurality of driving electrodes, each driving electrodes is coupled to a scanning line, and the method includes: a first scanning step of performing a first scanning on each of the driving electrode groups by using scanning lines to detect a sensing signal generated by a sensing electrode being touched; a determining step of determining a driving electrode group being touched according to the detected sensing signal; a second scanning step of sequentially performing a second scanning on the driving electrodes in the determined driving electrode group being touched to obtain a valley or a ridge of a fingerprint.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a display device, and a method for displaying Braille information. The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines, data lines, and display circuits arranged at intersections of the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines. The display circuit includes a switch configured to be turned on or off according to a scan signal from the scan line, and a dot element coupled to the switch. The dot element includes a substrate, an electrode provided on the substrate, a thermosensitive layer provided on the electrode, and a dot key arranged on the thermosensitive layer. The electrode is coupled to the switch, and configured to be applied with a data signal from the data line when the switch is turned on. The thermosensitive layer is configured to be heated by the electrode to protrude the dot.

Abstract: A display array substrate, a manufacturing method and a display are disclosed herein. The display array substrate includes an array substrate base, an electroluminescent diode array substrate arranged above the array substrate base, including an anode layer, a cathode layer, an electroluminescent EL layer between the anode layer and the cathode layer, and a pixel compensation circuit layer on a side close to the array substrate base. The cathode layer is on a side away from the array substrate base. A photosensitive signal collector may be configured to receive an optical signal reflected by valleys and ridges of a finger and emitted by the electroluminescent EL layer, and convert the collected optical signal into an electrical signal to be output. The photosensitive signal collector may be arranged between the pixel compensation circuit layer and the anode layer of the electroluminescent diode array substrate.

The collimating filter layer comprises a plurality of strip-shaped light guide portions arranged to be spaced and parallel, a longitudinal direction of the plurality of strip-shaped light guide portions being substantially perpendicular to the light entrance surface of the photosensitive element.

Abstract: A touch display substrate and a touch detection method thereof. The touch display substrate includes: a base substrate, and a photo-sensitive touch element and an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (“OLED”) device that are arranged on the base substrate sequentially. The photo-sensitive touch element includes a touch electrode layer, a photo-sensitive material layer, an insulating layer and an ITO layer that are arranged sequentially, wherein an orthographic projection of a touch sensing area of the touch electrode layer completely covers an orthographic projection of a pattern of the photo-sensitive material layer, and is within an orthographic projection of the ITO layer. The arrangement of the photo-sensitive touch element neither changes the sequence of manufacturing the layers of the display substrate, nor affects the illumination of the touch display substrate and is suitable for manufacturing a large-size touch screen.
