    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an OLED touch component and an OLED display device with the same. the OLED touch component includes an array substrate formed with a wire bonding region; a film package disposed on the array substrate, and having a first slope which is provided at a side of the film package with respect to a wire bonding region; an insulating layer disposed on the film package and the array substrate, wherein a portion of the insulating layer covering the first slope is formed with a second slope; and a touch electrode disposed at the insulating layer and connected with a plurality of touch electrode leads, wherein a portion of the touch electrode lead located at the second slope is formed with a bending structure.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a display device, and a method for displaying Braille information. The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines, data lines, and display circuits arranged at intersections of the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines. The display circuit includes a switch configured to be turned on or off according to a scan signal from the scan line, and a dot element coupled to the switch. The dot element includes a substrate, an electrode provided on the substrate, a thermosensitive layer provided on the electrode, and a dot key arranged on the thermosensitive layer. The electrode is coupled to the switch, and configured to be applied with a data signal from the data line when the switch is turned on. The thermosensitive layer is configured to be heated by the electrode to protrude the dot.

    Abstract: A display array substrate, a manufacturing method and a display are disclosed herein. The display array substrate includes an array substrate base, an electroluminescent diode array substrate arranged above the array substrate base, including an anode layer, a cathode layer, an electroluminescent EL layer between the anode layer and the cathode layer, and a pixel compensation circuit layer on a side close to the array substrate base. The cathode layer is on a side away from the array substrate base. A photosensitive signal collector may be configured to receive an optical signal reflected by valleys and ridges of a finger and emitted by the electroluminescent EL layer, and convert the collected optical signal into an electrical signal to be output. The photosensitive signal collector may be arranged between the pixel compensation circuit layer and the anode layer of the electroluminescent diode array substrate.

    Abstract: At least one embodiment of this disclosure provides a display apparatus for solving the problem of a low identification precision due to a relatively large distance between the finger and the fingerprint identification device. The display apparatus comprises a display panel and at least one fingerprint identification device. Each fingerprint identification device comprises a plurality of identification units arranged in an array, each identification unit being provided with a photosensitive element. The photosensitive element is used for performing photoelectric conversion of incident light. The fingerprint identification device further comprises a collimating filter layer arranged on a light entrance surface of the photosensitive element. The collimating filter layer comprises a plurality of strip-shaped light guide portions arranged to be spaced and parallel, a longitudinal direction of the plurality of strip-shaped light guide portions being substantially perpendicular to the light entrance surface of the photosensitive element.
