Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel, a display device, and a drive method. The touch display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of touch sensing electrodes, and a plurality of pressure sensors. The substrate is provided with a light emission side; and a plurality of touch sensing electrodes and a plurality of pressure sensors. The pressure sensors and the touch sensing electrodes are positioned at the light emission side of the substrate. The pressure sensor includes a first pressure electrode and a second pressure electrode. The first pressure electrode is formed on the display panel. The second pressure electrode and the touch sensing electrode jointly form a touch circuit, and the second pressure electrode is used as a drive electrode of the touch circuit.

Abstract: An identity recognition device, and an substrate and an identity recognition circuit are disclosed. In the substrate, a plurality of second recognition output lines are added to be arranged in pairs with first recognition output lines. A control signal loaded to the control signal line will be coupled to the first and second recognition output lines by the parasitic capacitance between the control signal line and the recognition output lines to cause similar signal interference to the first and second recognition output lines. During the identity recognition time period, the signal interference in the electric signal outputted by the first recognition output line can be removed by utilizing the similar noise signal received by the second recognition output line, in such a way to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and detection precision of the identity recognition signal.

Abstract: A fingerprint recognition device, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device are disclosed. The first electrically conductive connection member is arranged between the drain of the TFT and photosensitive members, and the photosensitive members are connected with the drain of the TFT through the first electrically conductive connection member. Even when the surface of the drain becomes rough after first vias are formed in the insulating layer, it is the first electrically conductive connection member that is electrically connected with the photosensitive members. The first electrically conductive connection member has a smooth surface. This prevents the effect of formation of first vias in the insulating layer on the optical property of photosensitive members, thus improving performance of the fingerprint recognition device.

The present disclosure can improve the color conversion efficiency of the display device.
