Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting uplink data in the wireless communication system, the method comprising: configuring a radio bearer comprising a first and a second Radio Link Controls (RLCs) and a first and a second Medium Access Controls (MACs) of the UE, wherein the first RLC and the first MAC are used to transmit data to the first BS, and the second RLC and the second MAC are used to transmit data to the second BS; receiving an indication for the radio bearer, wherein the indication indicates to which of the first BS and the second BS the radio bearer is to transmit data; and transmitting uplink (UL) data of the radio bearer to the first BS using the first RLC and the first MAC if the indication indicates the radio bearer transmits data to the first BS.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to random access in mobility in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device comprises: receiving, from a network, skip information for a random access channel (RACH) and information for a revert timer; performing a RACH-less handover to a target cell based on the skip information and starting the revert timer; determining that the RACH-less handover stops while the revert timer is running; and upon an expiry of the revert timer, transmitting a random access preamble with a ramped transmission power, wherein the ramped transmission power is higher than an initial transmission power of the random access preamble.

Abstract: In the present invention, if a transmitting device receives an activation command for a packet duplication function of a PDCP entity for a radio bearer (RB), the PDCP entity submits a PDCP protocol data unit (PDU) to each of multiple lower layer entities associated with the PDCP entity, and each of the multiple lower layer entities transmits the PDCP PDU. If the transmitting device receives a deactivation command for the packet duplication function, the PDCP entity submits the PDCP PDU to a single one of the multiple lower layer entities, and the single one of the multiple lower layer entities transmits the PDCP PDU.

Abstract: A method for transmitting sidelink data by a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system includes determining whether resource pool information for selecting a sidelink grant is configured by a base station; determining whether more sidelink data is available in a Sidelink Traffic Channel (STCH) than can be transmitted in a current Sidelink Control (SC) period; selecting resources for the sidelink grant from the resource pool information based on the resource pool information for selecting the sidelink grant being configured by the base station, and more sidelink data being available in the STCH than can be transmitted in the current SC period; selecting resources for the sidelink data based on the resources for the sidelink grant; and transmitting the sidelink data to another UE through the resources for the sidelink data. Further, the sidelink grant is for a next SC period after the current SC period.
