    Abstract: A scheduled entity in a wireless communication network, configured to receive, and a scheduling entity configured to transmit, a physical random access channel (PRACH) indication indicating resources of: at least one reference slot, at least one joint random access channel (RACH) occasion (RO) and physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) occasion (PO) (joint RO and PO) slot within the at least one reference slot, and at least a first RO and at least a first PO within the at least one joint RO and PO slot, the at least the first RO and the at least the first PO corresponding to each other and corresponding to a first beam of a plurality of beams of the scheduling entity. According to some aspects, the joint RO and PO slot corresponds to a plurality of contiguous slots that collectively include a plurality of RO and PO combinations scheduled consecutively in time.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a wireless communication device selecting an uplink (UL) power level for an initial message in a random access procedure. For example, the wireless communication device may receive, via a transceiver, an indication that indicates an UL power level calculation technique to use for a random access procedure. The wireless communication device may further determine an UL power level for an initial message in the random access procedure using the UL power level calculation technique. The wireless communication device may further transmit, via the transceiver, the initial message for the random access procedure using the UL power level.     Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for wideband uplink control channel capability indication during initial access are disclosed herein. A user equipment (UE) may transmit an uplink message indicating an uplink resource bandwidth capability of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) of the UE based on a power spectral density (PSD) limitation and a maximum transmission power of the UE. The UE may receive a downlink message indicating an uplink resource allocation of the PUCCH corresponding to the uplink resource bandwidth capability. Alternatively, the UE may receive a downlink configuration that indicates a first set of uplink resources and a second set of uplink resources. The UE may transmit an acknowledgment message in response to a downlink message of a random access channel process. The acknowledgment message includes the uplink resource bandwidth capability that indicates a selection between the first set of uplink resources and the second set of uplink resources.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC) indications with multi-physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and/or multi-physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) grants. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network entity, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a plurality of transmissions of a first priority, wherein the DCI comprises at least one field indicating one or more parameters to apply when at least one previously scheduled transmission of a second priority collides with: one or more of the plurality of transmissions of the first priority, or one or more transmissions acknowledging the one or more of the plurality of transmissions of the first priority; and applying the one or more parameters to process the plurality of the transmissions of the first priority.
