    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for responses to Msg3 PUSCH repetition requests of a UE. In a first aspect, the UE may transmit, to a base station, a request for repetitions of at least one of a PUSCH transmission or a PUSCH retransmission for a random access Msg3 and receive, from the base station, an indication to use one or more fields to determine a number of repetitions of the at least one of the PUSCH transmission or the PUSCH retransmission for the random access Msg3. In a second aspect, the transmitted request may indicate to the base station to use the one or more fields to determine the number of the repetitions of the at least one of the PUSCH transmission or the PUSCH retransmission. The UE may transmit the number of repetitions based on the transmitted indication.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource set configuration including a first subset of PUCCH resources and a second subset of PUCCH resources, wherein PUCCH resources in the first subset of PUCCH resources are configured with a parameter per PUCCH resource, and wherein PUCCH resources in the second subset of PUCCH resources do not include a parameter per PUCCH resource. The UE may identify a parameter to be used for transmitting a PUCCH communication based at least in part on the PUCCH resource set configuration.     Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure allow a base station to simultaneously send SSBs to a UE and to associate different ROs or designated subsets of preambles with the simultaneously transmitted SSBs. The base station may configure a time or frequency offset for different ROs, or a number of preamble cyclic shifts associated with the SSBs. The base station then simultaneously sends a plurality of SSBs to the UE, where each of the SSBs is associated with a different beam, and where each of the SSBs is associated with a different RO or a designated subset of preambles. After the UE simultaneously obtains the SSBs from the base station, the UE may determine the offset for one of the different ROs, or the number of preamble cyclic shifts associated with one of the SSBs. The UE may then send a preamble to the base station in response to the determination.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to wireless communication including the provision of the ability of a user equipment (UE) to indicate the capability of the UE for demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling and/or joint channel estimation (JCE). In aspects, the capability indication includes using at least a physical random access channel (PRACH) to indicate the capability of a UE for repeated transmission of the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) carrying a connection message, and counting of available slots that are used for the repeated transmission of the physical channel. Additionally, the UE may be configured to indicate the capability for JCE through a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) configuration or a DMRS port.
