    Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus, the method including transmitting, by a radio access network device, downlink control information to a terminal device, where the downlink control information indicates a retransmission of a code block group, the code block group is one code block group of a plurality of code block groups of a transport block that the radio access network device transmits to the terminal device, the code block group has a plurality of code blocks with at least one code block was not transmitted correctly, and retransmitting the retransmission of the code block group to the terminal device. The downlink control information comprises identification information and indication information, the identification information identifies which code block group of the transport block is retransmitted, and the indication information indicates whether the code block group from a previous transmission is punctured or interfered.

    Abstract: A data sending and receiving method and apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: obtaining, by a first device, first data, where the first data includes data obtained after a first transport block is encoded, the first data includes at least two pieces of subdata, and the at least two pieces of subdata include first subdata and second subdata; determining, by the first device, a first time-frequency resource used to transmit the first data, where the first time-frequency resource occupies at least two subbands, and the at least two subbands include a first subband and a second subband; and sending, by the first device, the first subdata by using the first subband occupied by the first time-frequency resource, and sending, by the first device, the second subdata by using the second subband occupied by the first time-frequency resource.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide slot format configuration method and device. According to the method, a network device determines a slot format index for performing uplink-downlink transmission with a terminal device. The slot format index corresponds to a row in a slot format information table, and each row in the slot format information table includes positions of uplink symbols, positions of downlink symbols, and positions of unknown symbols in a slot. The network device sends the slot format index to the terminal device. The terminal device determines a slot format for the uplink-downlink transmission from the slot format information table based on the slot format index. The uplink-downlink slot configuration method provided in the embodiments of this application may satisfy specific requirements of low-latency and high-reliability communication scenarios.

One example method includes obtaining, by a first device, at least two hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) states corresponding to a first HARQ process identifier, where the at least two HARQ states are different, and the first HARQ process identifier is a HARQ process identifier used when the first device sends data to a second device in a reference time unit, determining, by the first device, a valid HARQ state in the at least two HARQ states, and adjusting a contention window size for a first burst based on the valid HARQ state, where the first burst is later than the reference time unit.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a uplink channel transmission method. Scheduling information from the network device can be received by a terminal device. The scheduling information indicates uplink time-frequency resources carrying at least one uplink channel. a first uplink channel is carried on a first uplink time-frequency resource, and the first uplink time-frequency resource occupies M subbands in the N subbands in frequency domain, M≥2. The M subbands can be detected by the terminal device to determine, from the first uplink time-frequency resource, a second uplink time-frequency resource usable by the terminal device. The second uplink time-frequency resource occupies K subbands in the M subbands in frequency domain, and M>K≥1. The first uplink channel can be sent by the terminal device by using the second uplink time-frequency resource.

    Abstract: A data sending method, a terminal device, and a network device are described. The method may include receiving, by a terminal device, first scheduling information. The first scheduling information indicates first resources that are resources used to send first transport blocks. Furthermore, the first scheduling information indicates a probability value, and the probability value is a block error rate for the first transport blocks that are received by the network device on the first resources or a probability that the network device successfully receives the first transport blocks on the first resources. The method may also include sending, by the terminal device, the first transport blocks on the first resources based on the first scheduling information. In the embodiments, the terminal device may determine, based on the probability value, whether a preparation operation is to be performed for retransmitting all or some of the first transport blocks, so that a time period for the retransmitting can be shortened, thereby reducing a transmission delay.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and an apparatus, in which two radio access network devices share a resource. A first radio access network device determines a resource occupation status corresponding to a different status of a second access network device on a shared resource. The first radio access network device indicates the resource occupation status to a terminal device served by the first radio access network device. The terminal device determines an available resource in a shared carrier based on the resource occupation status, and communicates with the first access network device using the available resource. The first radio access network device can perform communication on the shared resource regardless of a status of the second radio access network device on the shared resource, so that the two radio access network devices flexibly and efficiently coexist in the shared carrier. This improves utilization of the shared resource.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for determining contention window information. The method includes: determining contention window information of a second uplink burst of a user equipment (UE) according to a receiving state of a reference subframe; generating at least one piece of control signaling for scheduling at least one uplink subframe in the second uplink burst; and sending the at least one piece of control signaling to the UE. According to the method and an apparatus for determining contention window information in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the control signaling is sent to the UE, so that the contention window information of the UE can be adjusted, the UE can obtain an appropriate contention window information, and fair channel access is implemented through channel sensing based on random backoff.
