Abstract: Provided is an optical connector cleaning tool that is unlikely to cause a static charge and can accurately remove dust located on an end surface of an optical connector. Disclosed is an optical connector cleaning tool including: a main body housing a supply holder configured to hold a cleaner that has a contaminant-retainable layer and can be supplied so as to clean an end surface of an optical connector; a cleaning head configured to position the cleaner having been supplied from the main body and be held at a certain holding position with respect to the main body; a controller that can be engaged with the optical connector and can be displaced from a first position to a second position, which is different from the first position, with respect to the cleaning head while kept engaged with the optical connector; and a supply mechanism configured to transmit, to the cleaner, movement of displacing the controller from the first position to the second position to displace and then supply the cleaner to the cleaning head, in which when the controller is positioned at the first position, the cleaning head is apart from the end surface of the optical connector, while the controller is displaced from the first position to the second position, the supply mechanism causes the cleaner to be displaced, and when the controller is positioned at the second position, the cleaning head comes into contact with the end surface of the optical connector.

Abstract: This head-mounted display is provided with, closer to the viewing side than a color filter having a black matrix between pixels in a liquid crystal display panel (160), an anisotropic optical film (150), the linear transmittance of which changes according to the angle of incident light, wherein the anisotropic optical film (150) includes a single-layered or multilayered anisotropic light diffusion layer, on at least on one surface of the anisotropic light diffusion layer, surface asperities having an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.10 μm or less, which is measured in accordance with JIS B0601-2001, are formed, the anisotropic light diffusion layer has a matrix region and a plurality of pillar regions having a refractive index different from that of the matrix region, and the visibility of the black matrix is lowered by the anisotropic optical film (150), thereby making it possible to obtain a higher sense of immersion without feeling coloring.

Abstract: To provide a head-mounted display that can obtain a higher sense of immersion without sensing coloring by diffusing and transmitting light from an organic electroluminescence display panel by an anisotropic optical film to reduce the visibility of a black matrix (BM). The head-mounted display is provided with an anisotropic optical film on the viewing side with respect to a color filter or an RGB light emitting layer in an organic electroluminescence display panel, said anisotropic optical film having a linear transmittance that varies depending on an incident light angle. The head-mounted display is characterized in that: the anisotropic optical film includes at least a single or a plurality of anisotropic light diffusion layers; and the anisotropic light diffusion layers have a matrix region and a plurality of pillar regions having refractive indexes different from that of the matrix region.
