Abstract:
A conveying apparatus comprises a modular conveying belt (1), which is made up of a plurality of modules (2), and a plurality of toothed drive wheels (4). The modules (2) have a module body (21), two series of articulation-eyelet elements (22, 23), which project from opposite sides of the module body (21) and each comprise an articulation eyelet (221, 231), and a transverse rib (24) arranged on the underside of the module body (21), transversely to the conveying direction. Two adjacent modules (2) interengage and are articulated on one another by an articulation rod (3). The toothed drive wheels (4) have teeth (41, 42) which, during driving of the conveying belt (1), are positioned against the transverse ribs (24). The modules (2) and the toothed drive wheels (4) are designed and arranged such that, during driving of the conveying belt (1), the teeth (41, 42) each engage between two adjacent articulation-eyelet elements (22, 23) of a module (2), in order to form direct lateral guides for these two articulation-eyelet elements (22, 23).
Abstract:
A device for transferring bars from a magazine into the guiding channel of a feeder for feeding a machine tool, the magazine comprising an inclined surface for supporting the bars having a side for unloading bars into the channel, adjusters for adjusting inclination of the supporting surface, elements for retaining bars on the surface, and bar pickers which are actuated to disengage the lowermost bar from the retention elements and move it to a level for falling into the channel, and actuators for simultaneously actuating the adjusters and the retention elements for inclination and position adjustments suitable to accommodate variations in the diameter of the bars to be transferred.

The present invention relates to a sheet conveying apparatus comprising a conveyance belt for supporting and conveying a sheet, an attraction force generating device for electrostatically attracting the sheet, a voltage supplying device for supplying voltage to a voltage receiving portion of an electrode of the attraction force generating means formed at a side edge with respect to a moving direction of the conveyance belt and a protection member formed at a side edge with respect to a moving direction of the conveyance belt for isolating the voltage receiving portion of the electrode of the attraction force generating device from an exterior by covering the entire side edge of the conveyance belt.
Abstract:
The Snap Tech With Z-Tech Fit SMS-BA1 new technical disclosures are the sleeve With the expansion Groove incorporated with the Z-angle of cut which allows the spring like effect during the initial penetration of the two angles ( Z-Fit Angles ) and then allows The expansion sleeve to SNAP back together and hold the desired torque until the device Is required to disengage. We machine all of our angles and sleeve to tolerances of {fraction (1/10)}th of one thousandth of 1 inch to ensure consistent disengagement on each Snap Tech with Z-Tech Fit nullSMS-BA1 that is installed. This ensures each customer that the product will be safe and will dis-engage at the required torque preventing equipment damage and down time and lost production. This device is completely re-usable. It is the only one of its kind in the market place today that we know of.
Abstract:
An endless roller chain conveyor of the over/under type supporting carriers or pallets which independently travel along the horizontal runs of the conveyor upon demand, while the roller chain is allowed to continuously run at a constant speed. The chains are multi-strand roller chains. The carriers or pallets may be stopped and held along the horizontal runs of the conveyor (both top and bottom) using mechanically driven stop assemblies located at required load, unload, holdback, or workstation positions assigned to the particular application. The carriers or pallets are driven on the roller chains by way of guide sprockets, alignment bars, and support rollers. The guide sprockets are attached to an adjustable clutch assembly of the type which allows for adjustment of the rolling resistance to accommodate the particular load requirements of the specific application for a particular machine. When the carriers or pallets are allowed to advance on the upper level from the last stop position (unload) to travel around the end sprockets (lowering the carrier or pallet from the upper level to the lower level) or allowed to advance from the lower last stop position (holdback) around the end sprockets (raising the carrier or pallet from the lower level to the upper level) this is accomplished by means of positive mechanical engagement of the carrier or pallet through the end transitions.
Abstract:
The apparatus has two pairs (16, 17) of conveying elements which are arranged laterally spaced from each other. Each pair (16, 17) has two parallel conveying elements (18, 19, 20, 21) arranged one above the other. All of the conveying elements (18 to 21) are guided via a respective driving wheel (22 to 25) and a deflecting wheel (26 to 29). They are, for example, toothed belts from which drivers (34, 35) protrude at a regular, adjustable spacing just over part of their length. A first driving unit (30, 31) drives one of the driving wheels (22, 23) of each pair (16, 17) of conveying elements in synchronism. A second driving unit (32, 33) drives the two other driving wheels (24, 25) in each case in synchronism. A control device is connected to the driving units. The apparatus enables containers to be transported from an input station (4) in groups to a loading station (8), in which they are made ready in a precise position and are filled.
Abstract:
A conveyor chain has a number of chain units connected together by connecting pins in an endless fashion. Each of the chain units is composed of a plurality of inverted tooth plates disposed in the width direction of the chain, and a slat disposed on one side of the tooth plates and extending across the width of the chain transversely across the tooth plates for carrying an object to be conveyed. The tooth plates each have a pair of inverted teeth formed on the other side thereof for meshing with sprocket teeth, and a pair of pin-accommodation holes for receiving a pair of connecting pins, respectively. The connecting pins each connect adjacent two chain units such that the tooth plates of one chain unit are interleaved with the tooth plates of the other chain unit.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a conveyor system for conveying objects along a conveyor path. The system permits conveyance of objects along an inclined path and accumulation of objects. The system comprises a modular, plastic, endless conveyor belt comprising plastic modules linked by means of a connecting pin, accumulation elements for accumulating objects provided in at least some of the modules. Accumulation elements are driver members positionable beneath the conveyor belt's carrying section surface (accumulation position) or above the conveyor belt's carrying section surface (driving position), and a guidance system disposed beneath the driver member path for position driver members in driving position.
Abstract:
Conveyor apparatus for transporting objects, having a continuous circulating guided conveyor line with drivers arranged at intervals from each other, characterized in that the conveyor line is constructed of continuous circulating guided individual lines, each of which has drivers arranged at intervals from each other, where the individual lines can be adjusted relative to each other in terms of their circulating positions, so that the intervals between the drivers of different individual lines can be adjusted simultaneously.
Abstract:
Apparatus and method for conveying articles, particularly articles such as containers, or bottles, having a neck portion with a neck ring thereon, along an article conveying path with the articles being urged along the article conveying path by article engaging members extending from a plurality of sections of an elongated movable member that extends from a guide along a guide path adjacent and horizontally offset from the article conveying path. The elongated movable member is preferably a chain having a plurality of links and article engagement preferably includes a flange that extends horizontally from each chain link into the article conveying path with adjacent flanges spaced from one another in the article conveying path whereby the chain links and flanges extending therefrom enable limited angular deviation of the chain during normal operation with the flanges engaging the lower edge of the neck ring of articles in the article conveying path so that the articles are urged along the article conveying path upon movement of the chain unit along the guide path.
