    Abstract: A display driver circuit, configured to drive a display panel, includes a time recording circuit, a storage circuit, and an output control circuit. The time recording circuit calculates a first time interval between a first vertical synchronous pulse and a second vertical synchronous pulse subsequent to the first vertical synchronous pulse. The storage circuit stores a display data corresponding to the first vertical synchronous pulse when the first vertical synchronous pulse is received by the display driver circuit. The output control circuit is coupled with the time recording circuit and the storage circuit. When the display driver circuit receives the second vertical synchronous pulse, the output control circuit outputs data pieces, generated by dividing the display data, to the display panel. The data pieces are outputted at second time intervals, and each of the second time intervals is positively correlated with the first time interval.

    Abstract: An LED driving apparatus for driving an LED array including an output terminal group and a converter group is provided. The output terminal group includes a plurality of output terminals. The converter group includes a plurality of digital-to-analog converters. Each of the digital-to-analog converters outputs a driving current according to pixel data to drive a corresponding one of the LEDs. Each of digital-to-analog converters includes a plurality of sub-driving current generating circuits. The sub-driving current generating circuits are coupled to the corresponding output terminal of the output terminal group. Each of the sub-driving current generating circuits generates a sub-driving current having a current value corresponding to a bit order of a bit of the pixel data. The driving current is generated by summing up the sub-driving currents.

    Abstract: A driver integrated circuit for fingerprint sensing, touch sensing and display driving and a driving method thereof are provided. The driver integrated circuit is adapted for driving a touch display panel with a fingerprint sensor. The driver integrated circuit includes a fingerprint sensing control circuit, a display driving circuit, and a display driving circuit. The fingerprint sensing control circuit drives the fingerprint sensor to perform a fingerprint sensing operation. The display driving circuit drives the touch display panel to perform a display operation. The touch sensing control circuit drives the touch display panel to perform a touch operation. The fingerprint sensing control circuit and the display driving circuit have a first direct communication therebetween so as to facilitate at least one of the fingerprint sensing operation and the display operation.

    Abstract: A display control circuit transforms a plurality of input points of an input image to a plurality of target subpixels of a display panel. In the display panel, a first row of the target subpixels and a second row of the target subpixels are non-aligned in a vertical direction. The display control circuit includes a subpixel rendering circuit. The subpixel rendering circuit maps a first row of the input points to the first row of the target subpixels, and maps a second row of the input points to the second row of the target subpixels. The coordinates of the first row of the input points are respectively equivalent to the coordinates of the first row of the target subpixels. The coordinates of the second row of the input points are respectively equivalent to the coordinates of the second row of the target subpixels being shifted in a horizontal direction.

    Abstract: The disclosure includes a touch display apparatus having AFE circuit that performs a noise cancellation of an AFE channel by utilizing noise signal received by a neighboring AFE channels. The first AFE channel includes a first integrator having an input terminal coupled to the first terminal receiving a first sensing signal. The second AFE channel includes an input amplifier. The second AFE channel is coupled between the input terminal of the first integrator in the first AFE channel and a second terminal connected to the touch panel.     Abstract: A method for de-contouring a source image is provided. In the method, a reference image is obtained based on the source image. Multi-oriented gradient calculation is performed on each pixel of the reference image, so as to obtain, for each pixel of the reference image, multiple gradient features that respectively correspond to multiple directions. For each pixel of the reference image, a monotonicity index is determined based on the corresponding gradient features. Then, a detail-protecting and de-contour operation is performed on the source image based on the monotonicity indices determined for the pixels of the reference image.
