Abstract: Provided is a damper capable of securely assembling a cap on an outer circumference of a rod while reducing a diameter of the cap and reducing an outer diameter of a cylinder. Abstract: A hose clamp includes a clamp main body including a ring portion and a pair of knob portions; and a holder.
