Abstract: A communications method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: receiving first configuration information, where the first configuration information is used to configure a first bandwidth part (BWP); and sending sidelink data on a resource included in a first transmission resource pool, where a frequency range of the first transmission resource pool is included in a frequency range of the first BWP and a frequency range of a second BWP, and the second BWP is an activated uplink BWP. The communications method and apparatus in this application can implement terminal device communication on the first BWP and the second BWP, and reduce a time of switching between the first BWP and the second BWP, thereby improving efficiency of the communication on the first BWP and the second BWP.

Abstract: This application provides a sidelink resource configuration method and apparatus. The method includes: configuring, by a network device, sidelink bandwidth part (SL BWP) configuration information for a terminal device, where the SL BWP configuration information is used to indicate a common first parameter of M resource pools in the SL BWP; and configuring, by the terminal device, the M resource pools in the SL BWP based on the SL BWP configuration information in a process of configuring the resource pools in the SL BWP, where the M resource pools have at least one same parameter, and the at least one parameter is determined based on the first parameter. Therefore, communication between different terminal devices can be implemented by configuring the resource pools in the SL BWP.

Abstract: A resource indication method and an apparatus are provided, to increase a data reception success rate of a terminal. Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for wireless communication in which a downlink control information (DCI) is transmitted in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in a first bandwidth part (BWP). A UE is responsible for determining a starting resource block (RB) for a data transmission allocated by the DCI based on a value of a frequency domain resource allocation field in the DCI, a reference RB, and a reference size of a second BWP. The data transmission can then be transmitted, in the case of, for example, PUSCH, by a UE or received, in the case of, for example, PDSCH.

Abstract: This application provides example communication methods, terminal devices, and network devices. One example method includes configuring, by a network device, a first bandwidth part BP and a second BP for a terminal device. The network device then sends a first TB to the terminal device. When the first BP and the second BP correspond to a same physical parameter, the first TB is mapped onto the first BP and the second BP. When the first BP and the second BP correspond to different physical parameters, the network device further sends a second TB to the terminal device, where the first TB is mapped onto the first BP, and the second TB is mapped onto the second BP.
