    Abstract: A disclosure of this specification provides a device configured to operate in a wireless system. The device may comprise: a transceiver configured with an Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access (E-UTRA)-New Radio (NR) Dual Connectivity (EN-DC). The EN-DC may be configured to use three bands. The device may comprise: a processor operably connectable to the transceiver. The processer may be configured to: control the transceiver to receive a downlink signal and control the transceiver to transmit an uplink signal via at least two bands among the three bands. A value of Maximum Sensitivity Degradation (MSD) may be applied to a reference sensitivity. The value of the MSD may be pre-configured for one or more band combinations.

    Abstract: There is provided a method for measuring a frame timing difference. The method performed by a User Equipment (UE) and comprises: based on (i) that an Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) Terrestrial Radio Access (EUTRA) cell is configured for a primary cell and based on (ii) that a secondary cell is not configured, measuring the frame timing difference between the E-UTRA cell and a New Radio (NR) cell based on a Synchronization Signal (SS)/Physical Broadcast Channel (PBCH) Block (SSB) Measurement Time Configuration (SMTC) period, wherein the NR cell is found regardless of a position of a SSB of the NR cell; and reporting a System Frame Number (SFN) and Frame Timing Difference (SFTD) based on the frame timing difference to the E-UTRA cell.

    Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing measurement by a wireless communication device. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving a synchronization signal (SS)/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SSB) from a serving cell in a first period by using a first number of reception beams; performing measurement on the basis of the received SSB; and receiving downlink data from the serving cell in a second period by using a second number of reception beams, wherein the first period and the second period are included in an SS-based measurement timing configuration (SMTC) window duration, and the downlink data is considered not to be transmitted during a third period in which the number of the reception beams is changed from the first number to the second number or is changed from the second number to the first number.
