    Abstract: Provided is a method for transmitting a random access preamble by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system supporting a narrow band-Internet of things (NB-IoT). Specifically, the UE transmits the random access preamble to an eNB in a subcarrier allocated by the eNB according to a specific preamble structure and receives a random access response message from the eNB in response to the random access preamble. In this case, the random access preamble is repeatedly transmitted 16 times during a predetermined duration and then, a gap is inserted for a predetermined time and the predetermined duration is determined by multiplying a transmission duration in which the random access preamble is transmitted by the number of repeated transmission times.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for receiving a downlink signal and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, the method for receiving a downlink signal comprises the steps of: receiving first time offset information and second time offset information from a base station, wherein the first time offset information and the second time offset information each indicate the time offset between the reception time of a specific signal and the reception time of a specific channel associated with the specific signal, and the first time offset information is set to have a length shorter than that of the second time offset information; and monitoring the specific signal at a time position determined on the basis of one of the first time offset information and the second time offset information, wherein the one offset information is determined on the basis of the capability of a user device.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal in a wireless communication system supporting NarrowBand-Internet of Things (NB-IoT) and an apparatus therefor. Specifically, the method for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal may include: receiving, from a base station, a narrowband synchronization signal; and performing a cell search procedure for the base station based on the narrowband synchronization signal, in which the narrowband synchronization signal may include a narrowband primary synchronization signal and a narrowband secondary synchronization signal, the narrowband primary synchronization signal and the narrowband secondary synchronization signal may be transmitted in different subframe, and the subframe in which the narrowband secondary synchronization signal is transmitted may be configured differently according to a type of a radio frame structure.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for transmitting and receiving channel quality information in a wireless communication system for supporting a Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) and a device therefor and, more particularly, the method comprising: transmitting and receiving a random access preamble; transmitting and receiving a random access response on the basis of the random access preamble; and transmitting and receiving channel quality information via a narrowband physical uplink shared channel (NPUSCH) on the basis of the random access response, wherein when the random access preamble is transmitted and received on the basis of a narrowband physical downlink control channel (NPDCCH) order in a radio resource control (RRC) connected state, the channel quality information is measured on the basis of a UE-specific search space (USS) set in the RRC connected state.
