    Abstract: A configuration to reduce a timeline for non-codebook based uplink precoding procedures. The apparatus measures an NZP-CSI-RS over one or more beams from a base station. The apparatus determines a single beam for communication with the base station based on measurement of the NZP-CSI-RS. The apparatus transmits a PUSCH using the single beam and based on determining the single beam for communication with the base station. The apparatus may receive a configuration from the base station to perform a SRS-less non-codebook based uplink precoding procedure. The UE may transmit the PUSCH using the single beam and without transmitting an SRS further based on the configuration from the base station. The apparatus may skip transmission of an SRS between measurement of the NZP-CSI-RS and transmission of the PUSCH.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and base station may be configured to implement interleaving enhancement during an aggregated monitoring occasion. In some aspects, the UE may receive control resource set and search space configuration information including enhanced-coverage PDCCH procedure information identifying an aggregated monitoring occasion of a grouping of PDCCH monitoring occasions having repetition of a same PDCCH, and interleaving enhancement information indicating different interleaving parameter configurations for at least two PDCCH monitoring occasions in the grouping of PDCCH monitoring occasions in the aggregated monitoring occasion. Further, the UE may decode signals received on resources for the at least two PDCCH monitoring occasions based on the different interleaving parameter configurations for the at least two PDCCH monitoring occasion in the grouping of PDCCH monitoring occasions in the aggregated monitoring occasion.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may be configured to apply a set of parameters associated with receiving at least one pilot signal over a time period for receiving at least one SS that is quasi-collocated with the at least one pilot signal. The UE may be further configured to receive the at least one SS based on applying the set of parameters over the time period. A base station may be configured to transmit at least one pilot signal using a first set of transmission parameters. The base station may be further configured to transmit a SS that occupies a single symbol using a second set of transmission parameters quasi-collocating the SS with the at least one pilot signal.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to configuration of a Layer 1 (L1) measurement report. A radio access network (RAN) node (e.g., a base station) can transmit at least one report setting, each associated with a selected information type, to a wireless communication device (e.g., a UE). The selected information type may be selected from a first information type and a second information type. When a report setting is associated with the first information type, the wireless communication device can transmit the L1 measurement report including both beam measurements and beam identifiers corresponding to the beam measurements for the report setting. When the report setting is associated with the second information type, the wireless communication device can exclude the beam identifiers from the L1 measurement report including the beam measurements for the report setting. Other aspects, features, and examples are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive a first configuration and a second configuration, wherein the first configuration is for a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle and the second configuration is for a configured grant (CG), wherein the DRX cycle is associated with a set of active time durations and a set of non-active time durations, and wherein the CG is associated with a transmission in one or more non-active time durations of the set of non-active time durations; receive information identifying a mask, wherein the mask indicates a modified configuration for the transmission in the one or more non-active time durations or a modified multiplexing scheme for the CG; and selectively perform or skip the transmission in accordance with the CG and the mask.
