    Abstract: A Method and Apparatus for head compression is provided. The method includes receiving a RRCRelease, the RRCRelease includes a first information for SDT, determining a one or more radio bearers configured for SDT based on the first information, discarding all stored Packet Data Convergence Protocol Service Data Unit and PDCP Protocol Data Unit in PDCP entity of SRB1, discarding all stored Packet Data Convergence Protocol Service Data Unit and PDCP Protocol Data Unit in PDCP entity of SRB2 if the SRB2 indicator is included in the RRCRelease, storing Ethernet Header Compression information in User Equipment INACTIVE Access Stratum context, receiving a SystemInformationBlock1, the SystemInformationBlock1 includes a second information for SDT, initiating a SDT based on the first information and the second information, reestablishing a PDCP entity for the SRB1 and resuming the SRB1, restoring PDCP configurations of the radio bearers configured for SDT, and resuming the radio bearers.

    Abstract: A method may comprise receiving, from a base station, at least one Radio Resource Control (RRC) message. The at least one RRC message may comprise: first configuration information associated with at least one first cell; and second configuration information associated with at least one second cell. The method may comprise while the first configuration information and the second configuration information are configured for the wireless device: performing, based on the second configuration information, wireless communication via at least one cell of the at least one second cell; receiving a first Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE), wherein the first MAC CE comprises an identifier associated with the first configuration information; and based on the first MAC CE, performing, using at least one parameter of the first configuration information, wireless communication via at least one cell of the at least one first cell.

The method includes receiving a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message, receiving a downlink control information, wherein the downlink control information comprises two or more blocks, determining a first block for the first serving cell based on the first parameter for the first serving cell, and deactivating cell discontinuous trans mission (DTX) of the first serving cell in case that a first part of the first block is set to a specific value.     Abstract: A wireless device may receive system information block 1 (SIB1) message of a cell. The SIB1 message may indicate a plurality of configuration parameters comprising a common uplink configuration of an uplink bandwidth part (BWP). The common uplink configuration of the uplink BWP may comprise: a common random access channel (RACH) configuration; a first threshold for determining whether to select a resource associated with a first message 1 (msg1) repetition number, wherein msg1 corresponds to physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble; a second threshold for determining whether to select a resource associated with a second msg1 repetition number; and a second RACH configuration associated with feature combination. The second RACH configuration may comprise a first feature combination preamble parameter that indicates the first msg1 repetition number. The wireless device may determine, based on the first threshold, the first msg1 repetition number, and repeatedly transmit, based on the determined first msg1 repetition number, a PRACH preamble of a random access procedure associated with the first feature combination preamble parameter.
