摘要： The invention concerns a two-piece holding assembly made of plastic for mounting of at least one tube-shaped part such as a vehicle fuel line or the like. The assembly includes an outer dish element 2 of hard plastic material which is attachable to a support via a mounting zone. An inner dish-like element 3 formed of soft plastic material and having at least one storage location 5 for acceptance of the tube-shaped part is received in outer dish element 2. In the preferred arrangement, the inner dish-like element 3 is attached on both sides of storage location 5 via an anchorage 6, 6' to the outer dish-like element 2. Between inner dish-like element 3 and outer dish-like element 2 in the area about the storage location 5, there exists an open transverse free space 7.

摘要： A clip of the present invention is used for supporting conduit and like members. The clip comprises first and second resilient arms for holding a conduit or like member therebetween. The arms have outer end portions bent to extend generally toward one another. The arms are resiliently biased toward a release position in which they are spaced apart and are resiliently movable against this bias to a first support position in which the arms are closer together with their outer end portions in overlapping relation and with the arms in position to embrace a conduit or like member of a first diameter, and from the first support position to a second support position in which the arms are even closer together and in position to embrace a conduit or like member of a smaller diameter. The outer end portion of the first arm has a detent thereon. The outer end portion of the second arm is formed and configured for engagement by the detent to releasably lock the arms in their first and second support positions. Movement of the arms is restricted as they move from their first support position to their second support position so that the detent cannot deviate from a path leading to the stated first and second locations, even if the arms are subjected to forces tending to cause deviation of the detent from the path.

摘要： A one-piece, molded plastic wire retainer clip is provided for supporting flexible, axially shiftable insulated electric wires on an automobile steering column. The clip comprises a flat base, a pine-tree fastener extending from the bottom of the base for insertion in a mounting hole in the steering column wherein it is frictionally secured, a projection extending upwardly from the base and engageable with an abutment on the steering column to prevent rotation of the clip, and a wire retainer portion supported on the projection. The wire retainer portion comprises opposing side walls, one joined at its lower end to the projection and both joined at the top by an end wall, and the other having a free lower end. The walls cooperate to define a channel open at both ends and having an opening along its bottom side which confronts the base. The free end of the other side wall is resiliently flexible and is movable outwardly away from the one side wall to enable a wire to be inserted laterally through the opening and into the channel, whereafter it biases toward the one side wall to narrow the opening and prevent the wire from falling out of the channel. The resiliently flexible side enables the wire to be intentionally moved laterally out of the channel through the opening.

The auxiliary holder also has outwardly extending projections that initially engage behind the catch elements of the U-shaped holder to hold the auxiliary holder in position for receipt of the pipe before it is pressed and locked into place in the U-shaped holder.
