Abstract: A method of transmitting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a wireless communication system and a device therefor are disclosed. Specifically, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station (BS), configuration information for performing transmission and reception on a per subslot basis, receiving, from the BS, multiple physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) based on the configuration information, and transmitting, to the BS, the PUCCH including hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgement (ACK) information for the multiple PDSCHs in a specific slot. The PUCCH includes a first PUCCH transmitted in a first subslot of the specific slot and a second PUCCH transmitted in a second subslot of the specific slot. The first PUCCH and the second PUCCH each are transmitted based on a separately constructed HARQ-ACK codebook.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method of receiving DCI by a UE includes receiving bundling information regarding REGs via higher layer signaling, performing blind detection for a PDCCH in a CORESET configured on a plurality of OFDM symbols, and acquiring DCI from the PDCCH. When the bundling information indicates a first value, the UE may perform bundling such that only REGs locating on a same RB and corresponding to different OFDM symbols in the CORESET, are bundled as 1 REG bundle, and when the bundling information indicates a second value, the UE may perform bundling such that the REGs locating on the same RB and corresponding to the different OFDM symbols are bundled as 1 REG bundle along with REGs locating on different RBs in the CORESET, and the UE may perform the blind detection of the PDCCH by assuming same precoding for REGs belonging to a same REG bundle as a result of REG bundling.

Abstract: Multiple short transmission time intervals (TTIs), each of which is shorter than 1 ms, may be configured in a subframe. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) which is shared among different UEs to an eNodeB (eNB). In this case, the DM-RS may be transmitted in a reference TTI, which is one short TTI among the multiple short TTIs, and the reference TTI may be indicated by downlink control information (DCI) received from the eNB. Alternatively, a UE may transmit the DM-RS which is shared among different short TTIs to the eNB.

Abstract: According to the present invention, transmission power of a preamble for a random access process is determined on the basis of a preamble transmission counter and a downlink path loss estimate value in a wireless communication system. The preamble transmission counter is calculated by using the number of preamble transmissions performed by a user equipment for the random access process, regardless of a random access channel resource. The downlink path loss estimate value is calculated for a synchronization signal linked to the random access channel resource used in transmitting a corresponding preamble. Other downlink path loss estimate values can be calculated for other synchronization signals.
