摘要： A retainer assembly for a waste container opening defining a longitudinal axis passing through a center of the opening includes a framework defining a first framework opening, and a pivotable finger assembly including a retainer portion, the retainer portion pivotably adjacent the first framework opening. The finger assembly includes a biasing element for urging the retainer portion toward the longitudinal axis. The retainer portion is movable against the biasing element away from the longitudinal axis to enable placement of waste materials into the waste container, and movable toward the longitudinal axis after waste materials have been placed into the waste container to impede movement of waste materials through the first framework opening out of the waste container.

摘要： A shipping and display container that can be formed from one or more blanks folded and formed according to a method for creating the container such that it encloses the storage space on all sides. A portion of the blank forming the front wall can be formed from two stacked, joined layers including an interior and an exterior blank layer. An interior separation line can be formed in the interior blank layer that creates locking teeth along the line to support the removable window in the front wall during shipping and storage. A plurality of nicks extend across an exterior separation line to also structurally support and retain the removable window while enabling it to be quickly removed to display the goods.

摘要： A display ready container having an outer front wall panel and an inner front wall panel. The outer front wall panel has a display opening formed therein and a display edge defining at least a portion of the display opening. The inner front wall panel has a removable inner cover section disposed against the front wall panel to cover at least a portion of the display opening, and overlapping at least a portion of the display edge. An area of weakness is formed in the removable inner cover section that is configured to deform when pulled outwardly to decrease in at least one of the width and height dimensions in a desired manner to effect removal of the removable inner cover section.

摘要： A container of consumer goods includes a rigid outer box and a rigid inner box wherein a pull tab is configured to reseal a pre-cut opening in the inner box. The pull tab includes a cover layer larger than the pre-cut opening. The cover layer can be a piece of bundle wrap with a paper layer of the bundle wrap contacting the consumer goods inside the box. The outer box has a hinged lid permanently attached to a connecting tab of the pull tab whereby opening the hinged lid simultaneously opens the pre-cut opening in the inner box by lifting the pull tab. The connecting tab includes adhesive which is partially deadened to decrease adhesion of the connecting tab to the inner box. The pull tab can also include one or more machine readable markings to enhance automated application of the pull tab to an inner box blank during manufacturing of the container.

摘要： Provided herein is a collapsible bulk-sized shipping box made of corrugated plastic. The rectangular box comprises four joined sidewalls, wherein left and right sidewalls are bisected by vertical fold lines allowing the sidewalls to be collapsed inwards. Bottom flaps also extend from the bottom of respective sidewalls and hinge inward about a fold line to provide a bottom side of the box when in use or fold flush with the sidewall when collapsed. The front wall of the box comprises a door flap that hinges inward and outward about a fold line. In addition, a door retaining puck attached to an outer surface of the front wall and configured to resist the door flap opening outward but deflect under application of sufficient force thereby allowing the door flap to open outward completely and provide access to the interior of the box.

摘要： A folded blank for forming a display case and a display case formed from the folded blank. The folded blank comprises a one-piece blank including a first panel, a second panel, a third panel and a fourth panel connected in series at respective first, second and third vertical fold lines. The first panel is folded about the first vertical fold line and is engaged on a first portion of the second panel at a first manufacturer's joint strip. The fourth panel is folded about the third fold line and is engaged on the first panel at a second manufacturer's joint strip. The first portion forms a tear-away section defined by at least one separation line on the second panel. The first manufacturer's joint strip retains the tear-away section in engagement with the first panel during erection of the folded blank to form the display case having a display window.
