Abstract: A system and method of producing MFC (micro fibrillated cellulose), which system comprises at least one refiner. The refiner comprises a mechanism for refining the stock in at least two refining stages, advantageously at least two refiners for refining the stock in at least two refining stages, and that the refiners comprise a number of refining bars. The refining bars have width of 0.5-2.0 mm, height less than 7 mm and groove width of 0.5-3 mm. The method comprises at least two refining stages, in which the pulp stock is refined in at least one refining stage in consistency of 3-5%, and the method comprises at least one screening stage in at least one screen in consistency of 0.5-5%.

The belt installation device is bendable between a straight form and a curved form having a radius of curvature of 800 mm. This invention further relates to an installation arrangement and installing method for installing a belt onto a paper, pulp or board machine.

The device comprises a tool with a cutting edge and a counter element with a groove and located on the opposite side of the fiber webs, and the tool protrudes into the groove. The groove has a greater cross-sectional area than the cross-sectional area of the tool such that a loose and spacey fitting is provided.

Abstract: A dryer fabric has a weft of cross machine direction yarns (6) and a first warp of first machine direction yarns (5) and a second warp of second machine direction yarns (9). The yarns of the first warp are arranged above the yarns of the second warp on a first surface (FS) side. The first warp has primary yarns (51) of PPS or PK yarns whose breaking load remains substantially stable within 15 days in conditions where RH=100%, T=125° C. and p=2.3 bar; and secondary yarns (52) of PET with breaking loads which substantially decrease under the same conditions. At least every second yarn of the first warp is a secondary yarn (52). The secondary yarns (52) may be two out of three or three out of four of the first machine direction yarns (5). PET reduces cost and adds elasticity to the dryer fabric.
