Abstract:
A hat assembly including a hat that is selectively disposed in either a collapsed position or an expanded position is shown. The hat comprises a head engaging portion including a side wall, a crown and a brim. The brim has a substantially annular configuration at least partially defined by a central opening and an outer periphery having a continuous, substantially circular configuration. The side wall have an inner end being of substantially equal dimension as a circumference of the central opening and the inner end is secured continuously to the circumference along mutual lengths thereof. Breathing holes may be formed in the side walls to prevent sweating or perspiration on the head of a wearer. The hat has an expanded position and a collapsed position wherein the crown is structured to be folded into and out of the interior of the hat. A method of selectively disposing a hat in a hat assembly in either a collapsed position or an expanded position is also shown.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a foldable solar protection device comprising several articulated elements, characterized by the fact that the articulated elements are stacked panels (1) connected by a single pivot (4) adjacent one (6) of their ends for deployment by a circular movement and by the fact that it has means for holding the panels (1) in deployed position. The invention will find its application particularly in the field of clothing accessories adapted for advertising.
Abstract:
A foldable formative cap capable of opening automatically, which is mainly comprised of a cap body and a hair hoop. Wherein, two sides of the cap body have folding lines and can be folded, and there is a supporting seat arranged in each left and right side of the top face of the hair hoop additionally, and the upper portion of the supporting seat is connected and secured at an appropriate position of the folding lines at the two sides of the cap body by the means of a fixing structure. By the aforementioned structure, when a user props up the hair hoop with hand, the upper portion of the supporting seat located on the hair hoop will be closed and tilted toward the center gradually, and the distance between the folding lines at the left and the right two sides of the cap body is in turn closed near, and the cap body oy origi showed as a folding shape can be opened automatically and shown as a three-dimensional shape, and in the meantime, in cooperation with the cut groove arranged on the cap body, the user may insert and fix any different characters or patterns. Not only can it facilitate the user to design or choose any pattern or character by a DIY manner to quickly assemble more interesting variations, but also does it have the advantages of foldable storage, less occupying space, better wearing and fixing effects, and further fulfilling the object of practical application.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a convertible visor/cap, which can be converted from a cap to a visor, and vice verse, having a fixed frontal crown portion and a folding crown membrane supported by a plurality of hinged support members. The visor/cap preferably has a forwardly extending bill, from which the frontal crown portion extends upward, and a head band portion extending rearwardly therefrom. Two hinges are preferably provided on the sides of the head band portion adjacent the frontal crown portion for pivotally supporting the support members. The hinges allow the support members to be pivoted between a first extended position, in which the membrane covers the head (i.e., to form a cap), and a second folded position, in which the membrane is folded up behind the frontal crown portion and substantially hidden from view (i.e., to form a visor).
Abstract:
The hat (2), made from a supple and foldable material, comprises a reversible pocket (5) made in said hat, into which the hat can be folded and stored when not in use.
Abstract:
An item of headwear which includes a visor portion. The item of headwear includes a hinge portion which permits the headwear to be moved from an open position, for wearing, to a closed position, for storage, which compacts the headwear into a small, collapsed configuration. The visor portion is of a fan-type construction which undergoes concertinaed movement when the headwear is moved from the closed position to the open position. The visor portion is stretched to a substantially planer configuration when in the open position and is accordian shaped when in the closed position.
Abstract:
A hat having elongated support members extending from the exterior of the crown of the hat, for supporting the hat upon the head of the wearer, to prevent the hat from causing any undue adverse affect to the wearer's hair style. An alternative embodiment of the hat further includes a casing having a framing that is either attached to the crown or a brim, which framing may be twisted to collapse the hat into a small compact size and shape.
Abstract:
A head covering is in the form of a visor-like cap having an upper band or head-encircling portion with a wire reinforcing member around its upper edge and a visor extending downwardly from the band which includes a crescent-shaped section and a wire reinforcing member embedded in the outer peripheral edge of the crescent-shaped section so as to cause the cap to assume the desired configuration when worn and when not worn to permit it to be coiled into a compact package for storage purposes.
Abstract:
According to the present invention there is provided an article of headwear, namely a hat, which has an opened position and a closed position. The hat has a forwardly projecting brim and a domed portion which extends rearwardly from the brim. The domed portion has a lower opening to accommodate a wearer's head therein. The domed portion includes a rear stationary portion and a foldable top portion. The foldable top portion is foldable downwardly and forwardly along first and second fold axes to form a top opening in the domed portion. In this manner, the article may assume the opened position. In a further embodiment, the foldable top portion may be releasably secured in the folded position, and in the unfolded or closed position may be releasably secured to the rear stationary portion.
Abstract:
A smokeproof foldable bag comprises a smokeproof foldable bag having a plurality of peak and valley lines; the smokeproof foldable bag having an open end when unfolded, a plurality of cards respectively oppositely fixed to portions adjacent to the open end of the smokeproof foldable bag; the smokeproof foldable bag being usually folded along the peak and valley lines and held by a plurality of cards; whereby the foldable bag is used by people for preventing them from sucking a smoke at the time of fire.
