    Abstract: A Method and Apparatus for performing small data transmission is provided. The method includes receiving a RRCRelease, the RRCRelease includes a first information for SDT, the first information for SDT includes a SRB2 (Signaling Radio Bearer2) indicator and a DRB (Data Radio Bearer) list, performing cell selection, receiving a SystemInformationBlock1 in a selected cell, the SystemInformationBlock1 includes a second information for SDT (Small Data Transmission), initiating a SDT based on the first information and the second information, transmitting a Medium Access Control (MAC)) Protocol Data Unit (PDU) including Common Control Channel (CCCH) Service Data Unit (SDU) for initial Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission, starting a first timer, monitoring PDCCH for a first identifier based on a first search space or a second search space, and stopping the first timer when a downlink assignment for the first identifier is received via Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH).

    Abstract: A Method and Apparatus for discontinuous reception and discontinuous transmission are provided. The method includes receiving a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message and performing transmission of CSI report on a specific serving cell. In case that the first timer of the specific serving cell is not running, the terminal performs transmission of a first type CSI report on the serving cell, does not perform transmission of a second type CSI report on the serving cell, and does not perform transmission of a third type CSI report on the serving cell. The RRC reconfiguration message comprises channel status information (CSI) report configuration, one or more first DRX configurations and a second DRX configuration.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus to support cell level mobility is provided. Method for supporting cell level mobility includes receiving a first Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration message, determining that execution condition of the conditional reconfiguration to the first cell is fulfilled, executing the conditional reconfiguration to the first cell based on the second RRC reconfiguration message, determining an uplink between a first uplink and a second uplink and transmitting based on the determination a RRC reconfiguration complete message in the first uplink or in the second uplink. The uplink is determined based on a physical layer control information of the first cell in case that the second RRC reconfiguration message comprises a first set of parameters.
