Abstract: A brain tumor types distinguish system includes an image outputting device and a server computing device. The image outputting device outputs at least three brain images captured from the position of a brain tumor. The server computing device pre-stores a plurality of distinguish pathways corresponding to different types of brain tumors. The server computing device includes an image receiving module, an image pre-processing module, a data comparison module and a distinguish module. The image receiving module receives the brain images. The image pre-processing module pre-processes the brain images to obtain corresponding processed images thereof. The data comparison module compares the brain images and the processed images with the distinguish pathways to obtain at least three comparison results. The distinguish module statistically analyzes the comparison results to obtain a distinguish result.

Abstract: An information processing system including units configured to: acquire a pathologic tissue image of a patient having a target disease; divide the pathologic tissue image into region images; input each of the region images to each of a plurality of feature prediction models constructed one-to-one for types of histopathological features; sort a plurality of region images of which respective combinations of presence or absence of the histopathological features based on the acquisition match a previously set combination of presence or absence of the histopathological features at time of sorting; input each of the region images selected by the sorting to each of gene mutation prediction models constructed one-to-one for types of gene mutations, the gene mutation prediction models each having a combination of presence or absence of the histopathological features; and output a prediction result of presence or absence of at least one gene mutation in the patient.

In some examples, the usage data may be analyzed by an artificial intelligence/machine learning model, which may provide outputs that may be used to adapt the user interface.

Abstract: Automated techniques may be used to process three-dimensional image sets obtained via computer tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and other techniques. Image data representing an anatomical feature (e.g., an aorta) may be automatically segmented to obtain mask data for the anatomical feature. The mask data may undergo automated centerline regression to obtain centerline data for the anatomical feature. Automated curved planar reformatting, using the centerline data, may be applied to the original image data and/or the mask data. The curved planar reformation results may be subjected to automated segmentation. The resulting image data set may be used for such purposes as visualization, disease detection, measurement of feature, and/or tracking the anatomical feature over time.
