摘要: Door operator systems include the use of an adaptor. The adaptor may be utilized to operatively couple separate door operator assemblies together in a double door operator system. The adaptor includes control components (e.g., switches, buttons, toggles, or levers) that are used to turn the door operator system on and off. While the adaptor may be used to operatively couple two separate door operator assemblies together to form a double door operator system, the adaptor may also be used within a single door operator system. Furthermore, with respect to double door operator systems, the system may also utilize a back plate assembly formed from two or more separate back plates (e.g., two or more back plate portions).

As such operating parameters may be different for different users or types of users. Moreover, the user device may be used to authenticate a user and control ingress and egress through the door automatically or through an authentication action taken by the user.

摘要: A retrofit latch adapter is configured to replace a pre-existing roller head latch assembly of a pre-existing exit device. The retrofit latch adapter may include a flat latch head that may provide additional security for a door compared with the pre-existing roller head pre-existing latch assembly. A method of installing such a retrofit latch adapter in a preexisting exist device may include rotationally releasing a pre-existing latch assembly having a roller latch head from the pre-existing exit device; rotating the pre-existing latch assembly to linearly decouple the pre-existing latch assembly from a transmission of the pre-existing exit device; removing the pre-existing latch assembly from the pre-existing exit device; rotating the retrofit latch adapter to linearly couple the retrofit latch adapter to the transmission of the pre-existing exit device; inserting the retrofit latch adapter at least partially into a housing of the pre-existing exit device; aligning the flat latch head with an uppermost portion of the housing of the pre-existing exit device; and rotationally securing the retrofit latch adapter to the pre-existing exit device.

摘要: During operation of the door system one or more sensors may be utilized in order to monitor the operation of the door assembly (e.g., door system, door, frame, etc.), review the operating parameters, troubleshoot potential issues, schedule and monitor service requests, review and take actions for potential security threats, and/or the like. Consequently, users may determine if the door system operates the door in accordance with the desired operating parameters by reviewing the movement, vibration, speed, acceleration, force, or the like based on the sensor information captured and use the information to adjust the door assembly. Notifications regarding the operation of the door systems may be sent automatically and/or in response to requests from users. The users may utilize one or more applications and interfaces thereof to remotely connect to the door systems in order to review and analyze the sensor information and take the desired actions.

摘要: A door system includes a controller for controlling the door system. A user computer system transmits information to the controller over a wireless connection to modify operating parameters for controlling the operation of the door system. During installation of the door system sensors may be utilized to determine if the door system has been installed properly. The sensors may be used to identify if the door system is mounted level and plum, and to review the movement, vibration, speed, acceleration, force, or the like of the sensors, and thus, the components to which the sensors are operatively coupled in order to make adjustments to the door assembly. Furthermore, the operating parameters of the installed door system, may be cloned and provided to other door systems in order to quickly clone and distribute the operating parameters of one or more door systems to one or more other door systems.

摘要: An exit device comprises an inner door handle adapted to be mounted to a door for movement relative to the door from a first position to a second position. A pair of brackets are adapted to be operatively connected between the respective ends of a horizontal portion and a vertical portion of the door handle. Each bracket comprises a first bracket member secured to the door handle, a second bracket member adapted to be secured to the door, and a pin for joining the first bracket member and the second bracket member for rotation about an axis through the pin. The first bracket member and the second bracket member pivot relative to one another when the door handle moves between the first position and the second position.

摘要: A door system includes a door having a housing mounted in the bottom edge of the door that retains a bottom seal and a second channel for receiving a guide. A seal is formed adjacent the periphery of the door between the door and a door opening in a structure when the door is in the closed position. The seal includes deformable gaskets that extend between the structure and the door to form a seal around the door opening. A first soft close device is mounted adjacent the open positon and a second soft close device is mounted adjacent the closed position. A single activator pin is mounted on the door and positioned such that the activator pin engages the first soft close device as the door nears the open positon and engages the second soft close device as the door nears the closed position.
