Abstract:
An adapter (10) for a bicycle saddle forming a connection interface between a shell or shield (12) of a saddle (13) and a head (14′) of a seatpost tube (14) of the bicycle frame, comprising a plate or foil (15) connected to the shell or shield (12) and interface means for said plate or foil cooperating with means for tightening with respect to the head (14′) of the seatpost tube (14).
Abstract:
A protection device (10, 10′, 10″) for disc brakes of velocipedes of the racing bike, mountain bike, city bike, electric pedal assisted cycle, and/or small motorcycle type, which comprises an interchangeable brake guard (12, 16, 18), secured to a wheel (20) of the velocipede, arrange coaxially to a disc (14) and featuring a basically “C”-like cross-sectional profile which comprises a front side (12′, 16′, 17) intended for covering a front surface of the disc (14), a rear side (12″, 16″, 17′) intended for partially covering a rear surface of the disc in correspondence with a brake track which pads of a brake caliper (28) act on, and an intermediate side (12′″, 16′″, 17″) intended for connecting the front side (12′, 16′, 17) and rear side (12″, 16″, 17′) to each other and for covering a peripheral circumferential edge of the disc (14).
Abstract:
An automatic pedal for bicycles comprising a main body provided with means for its pivoting along an axis to a pedal crank, the main body comprising a compartment arranged to abuttingly house a first portion of a cleat associated with a shoe of a cyclist, and a coupling element pivoted to the main body and spring loaded, adapted to cooperate with a second portion of said cleat to removable fix, together with said compartment, the cleat to the main body, in which said compartment comprises at least one first and one second seat arranged to alternatively abuttingly receive said first portion of the cleat, the first seat being closer to the axis of said pivotal means than the second seat, such that the cyclist is able to choose where to abuttingly position the cleat, hence adjusting the position of the shoe relative to the pivotal axis.
Abstract:
Bicycle having disc brakes, transmission device including transmission element rotatably integral with drive wheel and coaxial thereto, frame with front and rear forks; rotatable removable support for front free wheel hub and rear drive wheel hub respectively at two ends of the arms of each fork, the support including a tie-rod in coaxial through-hole in the hub and holes at each fork arm free end, the tie-rod, when tensioned, allowing holding the wheel on the corresponding fork. The brake with disc and caliper on at least one side of at least one wheel. The disc coaxial with the relative wheel, the caliper with pads fixed to the corresponding arm. The discs supported rotatably, by the same arms. Elements for establishing a positive-locking fit allowing rotatably connecting the relative disc with the relative wheel hub when the tie-rod is tensioned and nullifying the positive-locking fit when the tie-rod is released.
Abstract:
Bicycle operated by transmission device including transmission element rotatably integral with drive wheel and coaxial thereto, and a frame with a front and rear fork; rotatable removable support at the two ends of the arms of each fork, for the hub of a front free wheel and a rear drive wheel respectively, the support including a tie-rod received in a coaxial through-hole made in the hub and in relative holes made at the free end of each arm of the relative fork. The tie-rod, when tensioned by appropriate means, allows holding the relative wheel in position on the corresponding fork. The transmission element supported rotatably by one of the arms of the rear fork. A positive-locking fit rotatably connects the transmission element with the rear wheel hub. The above-mentioned positive-locking fit established when the tie-rod is under tension and nullified when the tie-rod is released.
Abstract:
A bicycle saddle and handlebar height adjustment device comprising a tubular element (5) provided with means (2) for its connection to said saddle (3) and presenting a portion (4) to cooperate with a support element (6, 7) for said tubular element, said support element being associated with locking means (8) for said first tubular element which maintain the tubular element (5) in a determined position relative to the support element (6, 7), in which alignment means (16) are present between said support element (6, 7) and said tubular element (5) to maintain a determined angular position between the tubular element (5) and the support element (6, 7), said locking means (8) comprising a threaded (132A) ring (132) rotatably fixed to one from among the support element (6, 7) and the tubular element (5), the other from among the support element (6, 7) and the tubular element (5) presenting a thread (5A) cooperating with the thread (132A) of said ring (132). rotation of said ring (132) causing continuous movement of one element relative to the other.
