Abstract: An array substrate has sub-pixel regions arranged in an array, and the sub-pixel regions include white sub-pixel regions and primary color sub-pixel regions. The array substrate includes a first substrate and a plurality of sub-pixels disposed on the first substrate. The sub-pixels include white sub-pixels and primary color sub-pixels. In a column direction, a side of each white sub-pixel is adjacent to at least one primary color sub-pixel. Each sub-pixel has light-shielding patterns. In the column direction, in a plurality of light-shielding patterns of a primary color sub-pixel adjacent to the white sub-pixel, a part of the light-shielding patterns are disposed in a white sub-pixel region where the white sub-pixel is located, and another part of the light-shielding patterns are disposed in a primary color sub-pixel region corresponding to the primary color sub-pixel.

The display device includes: a display panel; a backlight module located on an incident side of the display panel, and including a frame and a light guiding structure, where the frame includes a first supporting surface and a second supporting surface both facing the display panel, where the second supporting surface is located on a side of the first supporting surface away from the display panel, the first supporting surface is attached to a backlight surface of the display panel, and the second supporting surface is engaged with the light guiding structure. The assembling of the display panel and the backlight module can be achieved in the present disclosure.

Abstract: Provided are a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, a display device and a spliced display device. The display panel includes: a color filter substrate (11), an array substrate (12) and a first conductive portion (13), where a display region (AA) and a peripheral region (NA) are formed on the display panel, and the peripheral region (NA) surrounds the display region (AA); the array substrate (12) includes pixel circuits and a second conductive portion (14), where the pixel circuits are located in the display region (AA), and the second conductive portion (14) is located in the peripheral region (NA); the second conductive portion (14) is connected with the pixel circuits; the first conductive portion (13) is located on a side surface of the array substrate (12) and a side surface of the color filter substrate (11), and the first conductive portion (13) is connected with the second conductive portion (14). By such technical solutions, a width of the peripheral region can be reduced, which is beneficial to realizing a narrow bezel and increasing a screen-to-body ratio.

The backlight control method includes: obtaining a backlight control signal, where the backlight control signal includes a mode signal and a data signal (21); obtaining the mode signal in the backlight control signal, where the mode signal includes a phase adjustment signal or a local dimming signal (22); in response to that the mode signal is the phase adjustment signal, writing the data signal corresponding to the mode signal into a light source drive module, such that the light source drive module adjusts a phase of a backlight source based on the data signal (23). By adding the phase adjustment signal to the backlight control signal, a backlight refresh phase may be directly adjusted by a front end device, without adding hardware, bringing conveniences and speediness.
