Abstract:
A display panel includes; a substrate, and a light blocking structure surrounding an ink filling region on the substrate, the light blocking structure including; a first layer pattern having an ink affinity characteristic disposed on the substrate, and a second layer pattern positioned on the first layer pattern and including an organic material having a light blocking characteristic.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a display panel that includes a substrate; a first partition arranged on the substrate, defining a first region, and having an undercut; a second partition arranged outside the first partition; a color filter arranged on the substrate and positioned in the first region; and a common electrode arranged on the color filter.
Abstract:
A liquid jetting apparatus capable of preventing an jetted organic liquid layer having a difference in its jetting amount from being recognized as a stain includes a plurality of jetting heads to jet an organic liquid onto a substrate having a plurality of pixels, and a convey unit to shift the different jetting heads to pixels representing the same color among the pixels arranged in a line in at least one of row and column directions.

Abstract:
A display device including an insulating substrate, a signal line located on the insulating substrate, a dam and a first color filter pattern located on the insulating substrate, and a second color filter pattern located in a pixel region which has a border defined by the dam, wherein the dam and the first color filter pattern are part of the same layer.
Abstract:
A display panel includes a substrate, a partition formed on the substrate and defining a plurality of openings, a plurality of color filters formed in the openings and having a substantially uniform thickness within each respective opening, and a spacer formed on the partition. The color filters and the spacer are formed through inkjet printing. The color filters have the substantially uniform thickness by the partition having a height which is greater than the thickness of the color filters during the inkjet printing. The height of the partition may be in a range of about 1.5 to about 2 times the thickness of the color filter.

Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a color filter substrate includes ejecting color inks into a first sub-array of ink-receiving openings defined in or on a base substrate by using a print head unit including a plurality of ejecting nozzles, rotating relatively one of the base substrate and the print head unit and ejecting color inks into a second sub-array of ink-receiving openings defined in or on the base substrate where the first and second sub-array of ink-receiving openings are interlaced with each other
