The coiled spring needle cannula with said wire inside is removed from said coil bar and further installed into a modullar hub chamber and further stretched to a suitable length wherein said stretched spring needle cannula becomes a biased spring needle cannula wherein said biased spring needle cannula is inserted into a hub chamber and wherein said biased spring needle cannula is suitably fixed to said hub chamber wherein said first end of said biased spring needle cannula extends forward froming a straight needle cannula and wherein said wire is removed from said biased spring needle cannula.

    摘要: A cutter-coiler device that economically cuts and coils cylindrical piles, casings and conductor pipes to a depth below the surface of the sea floor. Although the device will cut and coil cylindrical piles, casings and conductor pipes above the sea floor, it is most effective for use where casings, conductors and piles must be cut, and pushed or coiled below the sea floor. Further, although the device is effective in cutting and coiling casings, conductors and piles that are cut below the sea floor, it is also effective on cutting and coiling cylindrical piles casings and conductor pipes that must be cut above the sea floor. The device includes a conventional pile driver or hammer, an anvil, a helmet, a spreader coiler, a coiler, cutter blades and a guide. The guide directs the cutter blades into the casing where the cutter blades cut the casing into sections and the spreader coiler pushes out on the sections causing the cut sections to flatten out and the coiler forces the section to roll up into a coil.

Portions of the retaining walls comprise hollow tanks that are alternately flooded and emptied to control the buoyancy of selected portions of the form. Alternatively, the retaining walls comprise solid plates. Means are provided in the retaining walls for allowing offshore equipment to pass into and out of the form.The form is set in place on or below the sea floor and the fill material is placed in the form. The fill material is leveled by gravity or other means to form a level surface at the desired elevation. Drilling and/or production equipment can then be placed on the level subsea surface.
