摘要： A method includes processing multiple macromolecular staples to successively produce a macromolecular sheet body, multiple silks and multiple sheet particles. The macromolecular sheet body contains multiple district camouflages and is processed by edge cutting to form multiple color strips. The color strips, the silks and the sheet particles are processed and attached to the surface of the macromolecular sheet body, so that the surface of the macromolecular sheet body forms the district camouflages, the thread camouflages and the spot camouflages. Finally, the macromolecular sheet body is vulcanized or solidified in a foam molding zone, to form an elastic mat with a mixed color type.

摘要： A method includes processing multiple macromolecular staples to successively produce a macromolecular sheet body, multiple silks and multiple sheet particles. 摘要： A method of preparing polyurea resin composition comprises forming a prepolymer by mixing about 50 parts by weight to about 80 parts by weight of a polyol, about 4 parts by weight to about 8 parts by weight of a dispersant, and about 20 parts by weight to about 30 parts by weight of a first monomer containing an isocyanate group; forming a first composition by mixing the prepolymer with about 2 parts by weight to about 4 parts by weight of a second monomer containing an amine group; stirring and emulsifying the first composition with about 100 parts by weight to about 200 parts by weight of a solvent; and forming a second composition by further adding about 0.2 part by weight to about 1.5 parts by weight of the second monomer to the emulsified first composition and stirring the resulting composition.

摘要： A resin composition preparation apparatus and a polyurea resin are provided. A resin introduction unit is configured to inject a composition solution and air mixed in the composition solution. An air bubble generator is connected to the resin introduction unit. An air bubble separation tank is connected to the air bubble generator. The air bubble generator comprises: an inlet through which the composition solution and the air are introduced from the resin introduction unit; an outlet through which the resin composition is discharged to the air bubble separation tank; and an internal flow channel connecting the inlet and the outlet so as to pass therethrough. The internal flow channel comprises a groove portion configured to form the air bubbles having a smaller particle size than that of the air.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cushion body with a concave-convex structure and a mold for manufacturing the cushion body with the concave-convex structure. A first elastic sheet is pasted on a second elastic sheet. The first elastic sheet is a closed-hole elastic material. The second elastic sheet is an opened-hole elastic material. The first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheets are combined and heated. Finally, the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet that are heated are sucked using the mold under a negative pressure from one side of the second elastic sheet and cooled at the same time, so that the first elastic sheet and the second elastic sheet can be deformed using the concave-convex structure of the mold and cooled to be shaped, thereby obtaining the cushion body with the concave-convex structure.
