Abstract: An ink composition is provided including a colorant, a solvent, and a disilazane-based compound. An ink cartridge including the ink composition, and an inkjet recording apparatus including the ink cartridge are also provided by the invention. The ink composition can suppress formation of bubbles in the ink cartridge during the printing operation of an inkjet printer, can rapidly remove bubbles once formed, and can demonstrate stability in an initial ejection performance of the ink by activated ink fluidity.
