Abstract:
A capsulated colorant including a colorant and a polymer resin which is coated on the colorant and has a cross-linked structure, a method of preparing the capsulated colorant, and an ink composition including the capsulated colorant. By adjusting the extent of cross-linking of the colorant on which the polymer having a cross-linked structure is coated, a capsulated colorant having a cross-linking of larger extent and a capsulated colorant having a cross-linking of smaller extent are obtained. By using an ink composition including the capsulated colorant having a larger cross-linked extent, characteristics of excellent waterfastness, lighffastness, rubfastness and optical density can be realized. In addition, by using the ink composition including the capsulated colorant having a smaller cross-linked extent, images with excellent durability and printed gloss can be realized.

The present disclosure provides a capsulated colorant including a colorant and a polymer resin coating the colorant, wherein the polymer resin is obtained by polymerization of a polymerizable composition including a basic monomer, a macromonomer and a polymerizable unsaturated monomer; a method of preparing the capsulated colorant; and an ink composition including the capsulated colorant.
Abstract:
A water closet has a variable siphon soil exhaust system with a flexible water bladder connected to a water inlet, a tension spring within the water bladder to contract the water bladder, a variable siphon tube connected to the water bladder to allow soil to be exhausted from the bowl while lifted and lowered by an expanding and contracting motion of the water bladder, and a small tube for connecting the water bladder to the variable siphon tube. A cover has a first port connected to the water supply passage, a second port connected to the bowl, and a third port connected to a bottom tube laid under the floor. The variable siphon tube has one end connected to the bowl through a bellows tube and an opposite freely movable open end communicating with the interior of the cover.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for preparing an iodinated aromatic compound. More specifically, disclosed is a method of preparing an iodinated aromatic compound by iodinating an aromatic compound in the presence of oxygen over a zeolite catalyst, in which the aromatic compound and its monoiodo compound, as raw materials, are allowed to react with iodine. In comparison with a method in which only the aromatic compound is used as a raw material without adding the monoiodo compound, the disclosed method can increase the productivity of diiodo compounds and the selectivity to a p-diiodo compound and, at the same time, suppress side reactions, thus lengthening the life span of the catalyst.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-strength inflammable blend resin composition including a polyphenylene sulfide resin and a polyethylene terephthalate resin. More specifically, the resin composition of the present invention includes: a basic blend resin containing 10 to 80 wt. % of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, and 20 to 90 wt. % of a polyethylene terephthalate resin; and 0.1 to 20 parts by weight of a modified polystyrene or a styrene-based elastomer with respect to 100 parts by weight of the basic blend resin.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of preparing mono-iodo benzene with a transiodination reaction, and more preferably a method of preparing mono-iodo benzene including a step of performing transiodination of a reactant including benzene and at least a multi-iodo benzene selected from the group consisting of di-iodo benzene and tri-iodo benzene with an HY or HBeta type of zeolite having a Si/Al molar ratio of 10 to 100 as a catalyst. The method of the present invention has an advantage that iodine is recovered from by-products including m-di-iodo benzene, o-di-iodo benzene, and tri-iodo benzene obtained in the process of preparing p-di-iodo benzene, thereby resulting in minimizing the loss of iodine.
Abstract:
Provided is a method of accessing to a communication system in a terminal comprising a plurality of antennas, which includes determining a home system which is previously set to preferentially access from a preferred roaming list of a plurality of communications systems, when power is turned on; connecting a system switch to a home antenna for communicating with the home system in a specific frequency band; and accessing the home system to use the home service through the home antenna.

Abstract:
A self-dispersible bipyridine-based metal complex includes a bipyridine-based ligand and a metal, and an ink composition including the metal complex. The bipyridine-based metal complex may be self-dispersed without requiring a dispersing agent and may be used as a colorant per se. Furthermore, the metal complex, when binding with a common colorant, may produce various colors and exhibit enhanced durability including light resistance. In addition, the metal complex includes a hydrophilic group-containing ligand coordinating with the metal, in addition to the bipyridine-based ligand, and thus, has a bulky structure. Therefore, dispersion stability is enhanced by a self-dispersion system based on a steric hindrance due to the bulky structure of the metal complex and an electrostatic repulsive force between the charged metal and the hydrophilic group-containing ligand, thus enhancing a long-term storage stability.
