    摘要: A sound reproducing apparatus for providing an optimal virtual sound source and a sound reproducing method therefor are provided. The sound reproducing apparatus includes a virtual sound signal generation unit for generating more than one virtual sound signal corresponding to locations and the number of target virtual sound sources on the basis of more than one inputted sound signal, and a virtual sound signal downmix unit for downmixing said more than one virtual sound signal to virtual sound signal outputs corresponding to a predetermined number of output channels. The number and locations of diversely variable virtual sound sources are provided, thereby obtaining an effect of providing an optimal virtual sound source adaptively depending on each different environment.

    摘要: A simultaneous interpretation system includes headsets for inputting and outputting voice, and a portable terminal for receiving an original language voice speech signal to be interpreted that is output from the first headset. The portable terminal outputs an interpreted voice speech signal based on the original language voice speech signal that has been interpreted into a different language to the second headset. The portable terminal either performs the interpretation or accesses an interpretation server to provide the second headset with the interpreted voice speech signal. Hence, the simultaneous interpretation is carried out using the short-range communication between the users by medium of the single portable terminal and thus more efficient and unrestricted conversation is realized.

The speaker device includes a speaker housing which provides a mounting space for accommodating a speaker unit and a resonating space connected to the mounting space and located around the mounting space. The speaker device solves the disadvantages of a small-size speaker unit, i.e., problems in producing a sound in a bass region, thereby producing a “live” sound.
