摘要: A mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) hanger is provided. The MEP hanger includes a base, a body, and a strap. The base includes a pin. The pin is configured to engage with an opening in at least one of a web joist, a transverse hanger arm, and a mid-bay hanger arm. The body is attached to the base. The strap is attached to the body. The strap is configured to hold a pipe or duct. The strap includes a locking mechanism. The strap has a diameter that corresponds to a diameter of the pipe or duct when the locking mechanism is engaged. A plurality of MEP hangers may be installed in a prefabricated wall panel or floor panel.

摘要: A switch has a first input to couple to an AC electrical power source, a second input to couple to a DC electrical power source, and an output to couple to an electrical power load. A control module transmits a signal to the electrical power load to determine whether the electrical power load uses AC electrical power or DC electrical power, and receives in response thereto an indication that the electrical power load uses one of AC electrical power and DC electrical power. The control module then transmits a signal to the switch to configure the switch to receive electrical power from one of the AC electrical power source and the DC electrical power source and transmit the received electrical power to the electrical power load, responsive to the received indication.
