摘要： A process is provided for purifying vinylidene chloride by removing dichloroacetylene. The vinylidene chloride to be purified is treated with a solution containing at least one compound selected from the group consisting of metal sulfites and metal hyposulfites to form a reaction mixture, and thereafter the purified vinylidene chloride is separated from the reaction mixture.
