Abstract: A cover for a universal joint of a driveshaft comprises a first section, a second section, at least two cover fasteners, and at least one driveshaft fastener. At least a first cover fastener of the at least two cover fasteners is configured to connect a first section first edge to a second section first edge. At least a second cover fastener of the at least two cover fasteners is configured to connect a first section second edge to a second section second edge. The at least one driveshaft fastener is configured to connect the cover to the driveshaft or a yoke thereof without any portion of the cover contacting the universal joint.

Abstract: Transportation vehicles, suspension systems and related methods are provided herein. For example, a three wheeled vehicle is provided that can include a frame having a first side and second side and a front end and a rear end and a steerable front wheel secured to the front end of the frame. The vehicle can also include a first trailing wheel arm having a first rear wheel secure thereto and a second trailing wheel arm having a second rear wheel secure thereto. The vehicle can also include a central suspension joint secured to the frame on which the first trailing wheel arm is rotatably secured and the second trailing wheel arm is rotatably secured on either side of the frame. Further, the vehicle can include a horizontal linkage having a first end and a second end and a midsection between the first and second ends. The horizontal linkage can be pivotably connected to a pintle on the frame at the midsection beneath the first and second trailing wheel arms with the horizontal linkage linked to an underside of the first trailing wheel arm between the first wheel and the central suspension joint proximal to the first end of the horizontal linkage and linked to an underside of the second trailing wheel arm between the second wheel and the central suspension joint proximal to the second end of the horizontal linkage.

Abstract: The off-ridge roof vent with an internal water diverter includes a throat, a hood and a water diverter. The throat has a front throat wall, a rear throat wall and a pair of longitudinally opposed throat sidewalls. The throat has open upper and lower ends. The hood has an upper hood wall that is convex upward, a pair of longitudinally opposed hood sidewalls and a lower hood wall. A lower end of the hood has a rear portion, a central portion and a front portion, the rear portion being open, aligned with, and in open communication with the open upper end of the throat. The lower hood wall defines the central portion and projects forward from the front throat wall. The front portion is open, having a perforated grating mounted therein. A water diverter extends from the front edge of the lower hood wall and slopes above the grating.

Abstract: An adjustable bedding (18) cover height and lengthwise positioning apparatus (30). A base (32) is configured for positioning between a bed frame (12) and an adjacent mattress (14). At least one riser (36, 38) allows adjustment of the height and lengthwise positioning of bedding with respect to the mattress. A connecting section (34), connected between the base and the risers optionally allows rotation of the risers with respect to the base. A clip (34) is connected to the at least one riser and secures the bedding to the apparatus. An optional top support (40) provides a support width for the bedding which is preferably at least as broad as the width between a user's feet when the user is sleeping on his or her back. An optional friction strip (39) on the base prevents slippage of the apparatus.

Abstract: A lighting fixture and method resist bio-fouling of the outer surface of a window of the lighting fixture when submerged and exposed to biological organisms within a surrounding environment. Ultraviolet radiation is directed to the outer surface of the window from a source inserted within the window, enabling transmission of ultraviolet radiation to the outer surface of the window of an intensity limited to essentially that which is effective in rendering the outer surface immune to adherence of biological organisms to which the outer surface of the window is exposed when submerged, and thereby allowing light from a source behind the window to be projected effectively through the window and into the surrounding environment.
