    Abstract: The present application provides a display device. The display device comprises a quantum dot composite film, a liquid crystal display panel and a backlight module. The quantum dot composite film comprises a quantum dot film layer, and a light emerging surface of the quantum dot film layer is provided with a plurality of first prism structures. The first prism structure is employed to reduce an angle at which light emerges from the quantum dot film layer, thereby improving the front view brightness of the display device, and improving or avoiding the problem of light leakage of the display device in the large viewing angle of the dark state.

    Abstract: A display panel, a manufacturing method of the display panel, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area. The non-display area surrounds the display area. The display panel further includes: a substrate; a first thin film transistor (TFT) disposed in the non-display area, where the first TFT includes a first drain layer placed on one side of the substrate; a second TFT arranged in the display area, where the second TFT includes a second gate layer placed on one side of the substrate. The first drain layer and the second gate layer are arranged in a same layer. By forming the second gate layer and the first drain layer in a same process, the number of photomask processes can be reduced compared to the conventional display panel. This reduces the number of steps.

    Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel, and a manufacturing method of the array substrate are disclosed. The array substrate includes a substrate and a thin film transistor layer. The thin film transistor layer includes a first thin film transistor, and the first thin film transistor includes a first active layer, a first gate insulating layer, a first source and drain electrode layer, and a first gate electrode disposed on a same layer as the first source and drain electrode layer. Disposing the first gate electrode on the same layer as the first source and drain electrode layer can simplify manufacturing processes.

    Abstract: The present application provides an array substrate and a display panel, the array substrate includes an underlay substrate and sub-pixels arranged in an array on the underlay substrate. Each sub-pixel at least includes a first transistor, a second transistor, and a storage capacitor. A drain electrode of the first transistor is connected to a gate electrode of the second transistor and is connected to a first electrode plate of the storage capacitor. A drain electrode of the second transistor is connected to a second electrode plate of the storage capacitor. The second electrode plate is disposed opposite to the first electrode plate, and is located on a side of the first electrode plate away from underlay substrate. The present application connects the drain electrode of the second transistor to the second electrode plate of the storage capacitor to detect more defects of the array substrate.

    Abstract: The present application provides a flexible display panel including: an underlay substrate; at least one first conductive line being continuous line-shaped, disposed on the underlay substrate; at least one second conductive line being broken line-shaped, corresponding to the first conductive line, and disposed on the first conductive line, wherein each of the second conductive line includes a plurality of conductive line sections, the conductive line sections are spaced from one another, and is electrically connected to a corresponding one of the first conductive line. A rigidity of the first conductive line is less than a rigidity of the conductive line sections, and a conductivity of the conductive line sections is greater than a conductivity of the first conductive line. The configuration of the first conductive line and the second conductive line makes the flexible display panel have both rigidity and conductivity.

According to the OLED display panel provided by the embodiments in the present application, by disposing a first reflective layer on the wall of the through hole on the bank layer, since the first reflective layer is capable of reflecting light emitted to the wall of the through hole by the light emitting functional layer, the reflected light comes out from the second end of the through hole, so that the brightness and the light extraction efficiency of the OLED display panel can be enhanced, and the view angle can be expanded as well.
