Abstract:
A storage gateway (2) includes: a media card reader (23) for reading data from an external media card (25); a storage device (20) for storing the data read from the media card; a data folder (200) for storing a plurality of subfolders (2000), the subfolders being for storing card IDs (250) of various media cards and the data of the media card; and at least two LEDs (22, 28) for denoting different states of the storage gateway. A related data backup method comprises: checking whether there is a card ID in the media card; checking whether there is a subfolder in a data folder if there is a card ID in the media card; determining whether the entire data of the media card are in the subfolder, if there is a subfolder in the data folder; copying the data; and examining whether the copying is completed.
Abstract:
A chair includes at least one leg; a rotatable seat; a backrest; and a headrest including a clamping member having a yoke with two hollow cylindrical yoke arms; two hook members extending forward downward from both sides of the yoke respectively; and a lower well; a support including a hinge head pivotably disposed between the yoke arms; and two opposite fastening portions; a head frame including two rear bars and two joints frictionally, slidably fastened on the bars, each joint frictionally, pivotably secured to the fastening portion; a hooking member in the well and including two hook elements curved upward forward wherein the hook elements cooperate with the hook members to releasably mount the headrest on the backrest; a first hinge element pivotably disposed in one yoke arm and includes a lever; and a second hinge element moveably disposed in the other yoke arm and the hinge head.
Abstract:
A telescope imaging system includes a first lens group for receiving a spot light and generating a first refracted beam, a second lens group for receiving the first refracted beam and generating a second refracted beam, a third lens group having a convex lens disposed at a side of the third lens group distant from the spot light for receiving the second refracted beam and generating a parallel beam by an effective focus formed by the first lens group, the second lens group and the third lens group, a first reflective mirror having an opening, receiving the parallel beam and generating a reflected beam, and a second reflective mirror adjacent to the third group lens and reflecting the reflected beam for allowing the reflected beam passing through the opening and focused as an image.
Abstract:
A coarse/fine adjustment linear displacement mechanism is disclosed to include a fixed holder frame, a movable holder frame movably supported on the fixed holder frame, a coarse adjustment screw rod threaded into a first screw hole on the fixed holder frame for rotation by the user to move the movable holder frame relative to the fixed holder frame rapidly and a fine adjustment threaded sleeve rotatably sleeved onto a smooth segment of the coarse adjustment screw rod and threaded into a second screw hole on the movable holder frame for rotation by the user to move the movable holder frame relative to the fixed holder frame at a fine scale. The coarse adjustment screw rod and the fine adjustment threaded sleeve are provided with different thread pitches for coarse adjustment and fine adjustment respectively, achieving rapid and accurate adjustments.
Abstract:
The present invention employs the notion of a Chinese writing brush in moving a geometric figure to produce a style of calligraphy, where the area of the geometric figure is large or small, then the strokes of a character are thick or thin. Hence the purpose is that the variance of the strokes of a character can be achieved using the present invention. The present invention only decides a moving path for the strokes of a character and the size of a geometric figure at starting points and end points, and then moves the geometric figure along the moving path, where the area the geometric figure passes is the style of calligraphy.
Abstract:
A recycling facility includes a receptacle for receiving the ammunition to be cleaned, a gas tank for receiving a pressurized gas and coupled to the receptacle, for supplying the pressurized gas to the receptacle, and a heater coupled between the gas tank and the receptacle, for preheating the pressurized gas before the pressurized gas flowing into the receptacle, and for melting and removing the TNT material from the ammunition. The receptacle includes a control valve coupled between the heater and the receptacle, and a control valve coupled between the heater and the gas tank. A collecting casing may be coupled to the receptacle, and coupled to the gas tank via a filter.
Abstract:
An architecture of multilayered DRM protection structure for multimedia service and the method of forming the same are provided. The architecture comprises a multilayered DRM encryption structure and a DRM decryption structure. The inputted multimedia service is decomposed and encrypted into an encrypted multimedia service stream through a multimedia service decomposer and a multimedia DRM organizer. The encrypted stream is decrypted by a DRM composer from top layer to bottom layer. A full or partial multimedia service is then presented. For a multimedia service application, this enhances the DRM protection by increasing the complexity of multimedia encryption for a multimedia service application. It also provides the variety for the multimedia service application via different compositions of multimedia objects. The DRM protection structure is embedded into each layer of multimedia services and objects and can be set up different levels of DRM protection.
