Abstract: A laminated glass includes first and second glass plates. First and second interlayers are arranged on the first and second glass plates, respectively. The first and second glass plates are arranged so as to have the first and second interlayers face each other. An enclosing layer is arranged between the first and second interlayers. The enclosing layer includes a functional member having a sidewall, and a dummy layer arranged on the sidewall, the functional member including one or more transparent layers. The functional member has a thickness of 200 μm at a maximum. The dummy layer is made of a thermoplastic resin. When denoting an average refractive index of the transparent layers included in the functional member as nA, and denoting a refractive index of the dummy layer as nB, a difference Δn of the refractive indices expressed by an absolute value |nA−nB| is 0.05 or less.

Abstract: The visibility of the external scene from the inside of the transmissive transparent screen when the video image is not displayed and the visibility of the video image from the outside when the video image is displayed are satisfied.
In a video image display system comprising a projection device 100 and a transmissive transparent screen 1 having a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface, having a visible light transmittance of at least 5[%], and displaying video images projected from the projection device 100 installed on the first surface side, as video images visible to an observer on the second surface side, the following formula 1 is satisfied: −1.5≤ln(((B/A)/I)×G)≤3.9 Formula 1 in the formula 1, A is the projection area [m2] of the projection device 100, B is the luminous flux [lm] projected onto A by the projection device 100, I is the ambient illuminance [lx] at the side of the second surface, and G is the screen gain of the transparent screen 1.-

Abstract: A transparent screen includes a plurality of transparent plates arranged in a front-rear direction; and a screen main body, interposed between the transparent plates, configured to display video images projected from a front side or a rear side of the transparent screen to a user on the front side, and enable a rear background to be visually recognized by the user. In a cross section orthogonal to a part of an outer edge of the transparent screen, the transparent screen has a curved shape, and a length of a center line in a plate thickness direction of the transparent plate on an external side of the screen main body in a curvature radius direction of the curved shape is greater than a length of a center line of the transparent plate on an internal side of the screen main body.

Abstract: There are provided a video projecting structure, which is capable of having not only transparency but also high visibility of a video, a process for producing the same, and a video display system including the video projection structure.
A video projecting structure includes a first transparent layer having irregularities disposed on a surface thereof, a reflective layer disposed on the surface of the first transparent layer, and a second transparent layer disposed on the reflective layer; wherein when a surface of the first transparent layer opposite to the reflective layer is defined as a reference surface, the irregularities include a plurality of slant surfaces slant to the reference surface and reflecting light from a video; wherein when a first direction, a second direction and a third direction are defined such that the first direction is perpendicular to a normal direction of the reference surface, the slant surfaces extend in the first direction, the second direction is orthogonal to the first direction, the slant surfaces are arrayed in the second direction, and the third direction is a direction in which the slant surfaces have an average slant angle θ to the reference surface in section in the second direction; the irregularities include a portion which is configured such that when an average spacing Sm1 of the irregularities in the first direction, an average spacing Sm2 of the irregularities in the second direction and an average spacing Sm3 of the irregularities in the third direction are such that Sm2>Sm1 and Sm3>Sm1 are met, and Sm2 is maximum; and wherein the irregularities include a portion which is configured such that when a frequency distribution of inclinations of the irregularities in the second direction to the reference surface is measured in 0.25° divisions in every distance of 1 mm in order that the frequencies are represented as distances, the absolute value of a median value in the frequency distribution is a value other than 0°.
