摘要： The present disclosure provides a human antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof or an antibody construct comprising a human binding domain or antigen binding fragment thereof capable of binding to human CDH19 on the surface of a target cell. The disclosure relates to a nucleic acid sequence encoding the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof contained in the antibody construct, a vector comprising the nucleic acid sequence and a host cell transformed or transfected with the vector. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a process for the production of the antibody construct of the disclosure, a medical use or a method of treatment using the antibody construct and a kit comprising the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof or the antibody construct.
