    Abstract: Some embodiments provide a vehicle which includes a one or more sets of light emitter devices and sensor devices included in a common element assembly of the vehicle which includes a common window element via which the light emitter devices and sensor devices can interact with an external environment in which the vehicle is located. The sensor devices and light emitter devices can be communicatively coupled, and operation of the light emitter devices and sensor devices can be adjustably controlled to mitigate interference by the light emitter devices with sensor data representations generated by the sensor devices. The window element can include a reflection-mitigating layer which mitigates reflection of light beams emitted by one or more light emitter devices in an assembly towards one or more sensor elements of one or more sensor devices included in the same assembly.

    Abstract: A light ranging and detection (LiDAR) device may combine the transmission of laser pulses. Different trains of pulses from different transmitters may be combined and transmitted to an environment via a common optical path. The laser pulses transmitted from one train of pulses may be in a polarization state that is orthogonal to a polarization state for the laser pulses of the other train of pulses. Reflections for the different trains of pulses may be received via the common optical path and separated according to polarization state. Reflections of the train of pulses may be directed to one receiver and reflections of the other train of pulses may be directed to a different receiver. The transmission delta between the different trains of pulses may be dynamically configured. The pulse repetition rate of each train of pulses may also be configured.

    Abstract: A touch sensor panel is disclosed. The touch sensor panel includes a first set of touch electrodes configured to operate as drive lines and that are disposed in a first layer of the touch sensor panel. The touch sensor panel also includes a second set of touch electrodes configured to operate as sense lines and that are disposed in a second layer of the touch sensor panel, different than the first layer of the touch sensor panel, such that one or more mutual capacitance touch nodes are formed by the first set of touch electrodes and the second set of touch electrodes. The touch sensor panel also includes a third set of touch electrodes configured to operate as self-capacitance electrodes and that are disposed in the first layer or the second layer of the touch sensor panel.

    Abstract: A finger biometric sensing device may include drive circuitry for generating a drive signal and an array of finger biometric sensing pixel electrodes cooperating with the drive circuitry and generating a detected signal based upon placement of a finger adjacent the array. The detected signal may include a drive signal component and a sense signal component superimposed thereon. A gain stage may be coupled to the array and drive signal nulling circuitry may be coupled to the gain stage for reducing the drive signal component from the detected signal. The drive signal nulling circuitry may include a first digital-to-analog converter (DAC) generating an inverted scaled replica of the drive signal for the gain stage. Error compensation circuitry includes a memory storing error compensation data and a second DAC coupled in series with the first DAC compensating an error in the inverted scaled replica based upon the error compensation data.
